Omg this is one of the best threads I have seen in a while Hahaha xD I enjoy reading things like this!

I would have to say there are two dates which are equally terrible.

Over 4 years ago I started the whole online dating website thing because I was convinced I would never find someone otherwise. I went on so many dates, a lot of them not being great and I don't remember most of them.

One guy I was talking to was really cute in his pictures, then when he showed up looked so not like them at all. That automatically made it really awkward for me. There was literally no chemistry on my end and I just wanted to go home once the date started. However, this guy would NOT let me go home. I want you to imagine everything you could possibly do on a first date-- that's what we did. Dinner, putt putt, bowling, movie, walking around a mall. I literally wanted to die. Being born and raised in the South, I am way too polite for my own good and STILL learning how to say no to people. So instead of telling him I was ready to go, I just let him drag me along. Afterwards he kept trying to get me to go out with him again but he finally got the message I wasn't interested. >_>

Another guy was a total pompous butt. We met at a mall where we were going to have lunch. I decided I wasn't hungry so I just wanted some ice cream. And he literally just left me and went to get his own food and sat down. So I spent about 10 minutes looking for him in the food court. The rest of the date consisted of him telling me about all the things he is so amazing at, crazy ex's, etc. Such a terrible guy. Finally it was done and I went to my classes for the day. He texted me for about 2 weeks, asking me to come to his golf tournaments to be "eye candy" and such. Er...no thanks.

Oh geez I forgot another one! I met this one guy at the mall with a couple of my other friends. He was totally weird and had gross teeth. He was also wearing girl pants(that were WAY too tight on him) and a babydoll tee. He kept talking about how well girl clothes fit him. I was instantly not interested. I mean, I get you like to wear girl clothes and think they look amazing on you, but do you really have to keep talking about it? He even hit on one of my friends that went with me. I felt so bad :x We saw a movie and he kept trying to put his arm around me. BIG no no. Plus we were watching Avatar, which I am VERY serious about. Do not mess with me while I am watching it xD A good few months go by and I have not talked to him at all. I had started dating my fiance at this point I think, but he messaged me on Skype and literally just said "You are a (insert inappropriate word for girly part)". It was pretty funny. Like you have been holding onto this after how many months and one date? Hahaha

And enough of that. Moral of the story, I went on a lot of bad dates but they were so worth it because I did end up meeting the love of my life on the same website

I cannot wait to see all of you! I really have a lot to do myself o-o Is anyone interested in any other 80s/90s toys? I have some various things I could bring if anyone would be interested in them

Also, I have officially decided we will be going to the food court at a local mall. Here are the two we have to choose from. There's also restaurants outside of the malls where anyone could opt to order take out.  Mall of GA has the most options and is nicer, but Sugarloaf Mills is closer. Any input on preferences would be great!

Tell me about it. lol Might end up scrapping the whole dinner idea and just do the sleepover xD Our small group just has such a wide variety of needs when it comes to food it's hard to accommodate everyone.

What if we all took our caravan to a food court in a mall and that way everyone could find something they can eat?? It's not glamorous but ya know, it would get the job done! Haha

And I just bought a box of wave 4 tokidoki unicornos! If anyone is interested I will have the extras with me for $8 each Really crossing my fingers for the 1/48 chase figure, and maybe even the 1/200 one! Which I still have yet to obtain from any of the waves xD

Okay, so I went ahead the took all the Asian restaurants off, as well as Chili's. It looks like tex mex is winning at this point! haha

I would just love to meet your dad, CapnChan! He sounds awesome! Hehe ^^ But seriously you are going to be so busy! o-o I really don't know how you do it. I hope you won't be burned out by the time the meets comes around! I cannot wait to see the name badges! You are so amazing to do that My outfit will just be thrown together and consist of what I have in my closet! So don't think you have to do something elaborate or anything xD
And you can surely have your own raffles if you want! That's no problem at all.

As for the leftover raffle money if there is any, I doubt there would be enough money to cover the clubhouse and dinner for everyone. Haha I plan to use it for extra things like awesome prizes and if we raise enough, maybe for more raffle prizes the next year. Or if we can raise enough I can put it toward lunch for the next year. It just all depends and it's hard to say since I have no idea how much we will raise! I just want to use it for something everyone who comes to the meet can enjoy, instead of just for those who go have dinner after, if you understand what I mean x3 Since most everyone will be donating towards raffle.

Okay! I will bring all of my cards for you guys to go through All with be free aside from maybe the holographic ones, which will still be really cheap xD

ringwraith, no worries about Red Robin. I will NEVER go there again!! That was an absolute nightmare. One of my favorite places to go near my house is Your Pie. It's a fun make your own pizza place. They have gluten free bread and everything so I think it could accommodate everyone's needs Only thing is since we are having pizza for lunch, y'all might not want pizza again. lol Although they do have paninis and salads as well. I finally downloaded this app and am hopelessly addicted. Haha xD Although it is driving me bonkers with this bingo card! I can't manage the mickey or minnie challenge as they never pop up in my games and the Mickey Tsum is terrible and I can never get the 100 before time is up. lol Anyone have any suggestions for me?? I am also not understanding the "Call a Friend" one. I never have friends who play the same phone games I do, so does this mean I will never finish this silly card? xD
