Yeah I'm bummed about missing out on the CharaBricks.  Maybe I'll get lucky though and someone will sell one on ebay for less then an arm and a leg.

I wasn't planning on buying the original release but I'd actually buy this one.  I love the hooves/extra design (always been a big fan of twice as fancies and the g3's with designs down their legs) and I actually think the eye makeup really pops against her color and makes her look really unique.

I actually LOVE them since they look like different poses from the same old vector art we always seem to get.  I'd really really love to have at least some of them but unfortunately all the pictures I've seen have had _ out of 300 listed on the backs of them.  So...  I don't think we'll get them at any reasonable price. T_T  I imagine they'll all sell out at SDCC.

There is rumor that they might use the same designs to make smart phone covers though.  But I don't have a smart phone so that doesn't help me xp

*edit*  Ohhh actually here are some numbers, so maybe they won't be as dreadfully rare as I worried.  I still seem them all selling out at SDCC though.

Chicago/Rosemont or St Louis would be my votes!  But really I'd be fine with almost anywhere within a 5 hour drive of St Louis. XD

Ohhh I'll have to keep an eye on this.  It's not far away at all so as long as nothing else pops up I'll definately try to come.  Will RSVP if/when I'm sure I can come!

She's fantastic <3  I really love the size of the G4 FS ponies and this gal looks even better then their official release of her.

Awwww, I'm sorry for your loss. :(  He's a beautiful boy.

I know you mentioned already having a keychain but.. would you another one?  I need to make samples anyway for upcoming commissions so it's not a big deal for me to do a free one. <3

Nah, we just don't give a crap what box you bring to us at UPS.  As long as it has a UPS label on it the box doesn't matter.  I've seen cereal boxes, Fedex boxes, USPS boxes.  I've even seen people not even box an item but just like... put some tape or bubble wrap on it and slap a sticker on it.

I don't really like her either.  It's mostly her lizard eyes (can't get past those, that sultry paint job is a big improvement to me) and a little bit the body (both the skin tone and scales).  But I also don't collect many MH dolls and am exceptionally picky.  She is one of the more unique monsters so I can see why avid collectors might like her.

I think that they're good in the fact that they've helped to keep the line profitable and allow for a lot of new merchandise and experimental merchandise (mostly talking all the Hot Topic stuff here, has there ever been as much clothing, bags, wallets, earrings, etc merch as their is now?).

And actually.. despite the fact that there aren't many brushables.. I think they have helped on that front too.  Hasbro used to be really good about making up lots of random ponies and I loved it to death.  But then then came up with the stupid idea of "core ponies" and rereleasing the same handful of ponies over and over and over in late G3.  Considering the toy line as it runs now (minus blind bags) it seems to me that Hasbro would be doing the same stupid "rerelease the same 8 or so ponies with nothing new" if it weren't for things like the fan favorite collections.

So.. in my opinion yeah, as much as I'd prefer to get some more brushables or neat FS characters over blind bags, I really think the Brony fandom has been way more helpful to the toyline then they've been hurtful.

How easy (and or dangerous) is it to remove hands/forearms on dolls?  I'm planning on doing a custom, but the character has long white gloves on.  The idea of sewing itty bitty gloves (especially with the splayed fingers the girls tend to have) seems daunting, so if the arms are pretty easily removeable and I'm not going to risk breaking stuff it might be easier to just buy a replacement set for Nefera and paint the gloves directly onto one set of arms.

I'm not a huge fan of Catrine, but I saw a nice looking one at my Walmart and knew people were looking for her so I figured I'd pick one up incase anyone is looking :3  She's brand new in her box.

I would prefer to do a trade or a partial trade + money transaction, but I may flat out sell her if noone is interested in trade.

I can take a picture of her if people would like and I do not mind shipping internationally.

Held for trade.

Will still possibly buy some of the stuff below if anyone has one!

My Want list
* Schools Out or Gloom Beach Clawdeen
(Nude, makeup and body should be in good condition but hair doesn't matter)

* Skull Shores Lagoona

* A pair of roller skates
(Preferably Operetta's, but would consider Abbey, Clawdeen, or Ghoulia)

* Abbey's boots -  The tall, ice skate ones or the white and blue snowflake looking ones

* Stands!  Seriously, I have 4 dolls and only 1 stand. T_T  I prefer black or blue but offer anything!

I'm not sure on the exact address because it's not my normal Target, but I found the Power Ghouls, some of the Dance Class Girls, and a couple Scaris things at the Target in Fairview Heights IL
