I've been super into Slime Rancher since christmas. Beat the game (well, you can't really 'beat' it, you do things until the credits decide to roll, but whatever) and haven't stopped playing, especially with the updates coming in every once in a while.

The purple fakie with the seal/ball symbol has a small cabbage patch (magic meadow pony) head with glass eyes and a Dream Pony posed body!

Right here is a good fakie overview of them!: https://fakie-goddess.livejournal.com/9319.html

I currently have the seal symbol one in my possession, but no close up pictures and she's not 'with me' right now. She has long white hair though!
Oh wow, That's extremely helpful! I've been thinking about trying to restore her even since I got her, even though Beach-a-Ball is just a knock off. Still not sure about how to fix the head situation, but knowing she had white hair is a very good start, at least!

The break in half ones I saw recently in Dollar Tree! I had a variation of them years ago but don't know where they are now lol.
I have those mini ones from Big Lots. Had planned on customizing them... never got around to it XD

Not with me, but I have what I think is an earlier version of pony breaks-in-half, as well. same exact pose, but no break apart seam and completly DRENCHED in exposed pink glitter. Was that the variation you had?

Oooo, I love the Headless Horse one! It looks like they used a G1 mold? What's her mark? Is that like a seal with a beachball?
I totally wanna know her history.

Yeah, it seems like her mark was spraypainted on. It is a seal with a beachball on some waves. It's REALLY good and I kinda wanna take a picture of it at some point and make an HQ version of it someday.
Totally wanna know her history, just like you <3 Maybe we'll find out someday.

What an awesome fun fakie :)  I like that she can have interchangeable heads.

Ah, thanks, she's my favorite. I've tried to give her other heads, but none fit like Bill does. Maybe another tiny plushie would do it. She totally should have interchangeable heads, though!!

Here's a couple of my more interesting Fakie ponies.

I call these two "Pony breaks-in-half" for...obvious reasons...I think these were directly moulded directly from a G3.5 pony they had on hand. Not to worry, they're not broken or anything, their seams were never sealed and can break in half and be fit back together at will.

collection of what look like a mix between Filly and tiny G3 ponies...I think these were called "Fairy pony".

closeup of one. Very cute.
Now, of note, I'd be a little wary collecting these particular ones, as I've looked at the brand on one of the pony's legs and aparently the company they belong to is somewhat known for using lead and chlorine in products. I'm not dead yet, so I think they're probably fine, but I'd just be careful.

And finally...this mysterious fakie. I'm 100% positive it's a fakie and I'd like to know what she is, but without a head it's kind of hard to tell. If someone could help me. Her bottom hind leg has a "made in china"stamp on it with the word "china" raised. (note: As she came to me with no head, I stuffed a hand-sewn Bill Cypher in there to fill the void.)

Groupshot! (in front of my bed that's EXTREMELY messy from rummaging through those garbage bags to find the rest of these.)

Welcome! It's nice to join with a friend ;)

You sound like you'd get along with my sister, who likes to 'rescue' ponies...most recently a Blossomforth with all her hair cut off, poor thing...

She sounds like we'd get along, yes!

Thank you for sharing, Milky Way looks like a nice blank slate for a custom!

Oh yes, I plan to when I get the appropriate colored dolly hair!

A Blossom who I thought was covered in age spots, but her 'sister' in the bait lot was a blank orange half note with her head painted white, I've decided she was either painted black, or someone did a horrible job trying to take the paint off, and gave her a good re-paint:

Still in the process of re-hairing, but without the appropirate dolly hair color, I haven't touched the project in a while.

Pony Corral / Re: Who were your first Ponies?
« on: April 05, 2018, 08:08:23 AM »
Bit of an odd story: My first pony was a bait G1 glory.
I got into collecting in 2012 at 15 years old when I was really into G4. My grandparents decided to feed into my obsession and buy me a big lot of bait ponies of various generations, and the first one I really connected with was a tail-less Glory who kickstarted my want for collecting more of every generation.
Tailless Glory is now with a friend of mine who's taking MUCH better care of her than I ever would have been able to.

Nice collection! Everyone looks great! Thanks for sharing
Spoiler
Also, for Gusty, if you want to see the red streak, you can first wet her hair, then use something like a needle or even your fingernail to separate the row of plugs. Put the top of a tissue at the base of the red, then wrap it around the green till you come up to the red again. Lay the red on the tissue and wrap over that. You can secure it with a hair tie if you need to :) Just thought I'd mention this tip :)

Oh, thanks for the tip! Nice you mentioned a needle, as I just found an old sewing kit, so I think I'll use that to try to seperate her hair again.

Aww! any Gen 1 boy pony is an automatic approval from me. Gotta love that helmet! The ear holes don't seem very practical, but who cares? It's cute!
