Whoa, what a place! It looks fantastic, congratulations on the new chapter of your life about to start ![Big Grin ](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/lol.gif) I'm super jelly about your bathroom, but most jelly about the dog park! And I'm glad to hear you had only a little trouble with the stairs. Just take your time and like you said; maybe having to use them everyday will get some of your strength back ![Smile :)](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/smile_001.gif) You will have to let us know how the move goes and send pictures when you are all settled, including any pony displays!

I can empathize, and feel your pain. Non- responsive sellers can ruin a decent transaction! Fingers crossed Ebay can get a response.

I am afraid of moths to be honest... but none of the moths around here look like that either ![Look Around :lookround:](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/lookround.gif) I think you did a great job on modeling your Rosy, her antennae are adorable!

I am going to miss all the wildlife around here though.
Oh there will still be lots of wildlife downtown... just of the human variety ![LOL ](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/laugh1.gif) But it still sounds like it's going to be a better fit for you.

At the moment it's the last Softies I want, Honeycomb and Baby LicketySplit. Honeycomb is the unattainable one at the moment so I consider my collection complete with BLS. Baby Lickety Split more than anything as well because I HAD bought her, but they sent me an adult instead. Don't think there ever WAS a baby, they just used a baby softies picture on the listing.

Having central air is a luxury not everyone has, enjoy it! You will be fine in your space ![Smile :)](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/smile_001.gif) I don't have a lot of advice about the anxiety, but it could be the excitement feeds it sometimes right? It's a huge change and people normally don't like change, being creatures of habit. Would it make it any easier on you to make a check list/to do list of the stuff you have left to finish? The nice thing about lists is the satisfaction you get when you can check it off as done

I second the congrats on getting your own space! You sure deserve some good news Going up the stairs is never fun, as gravity works against you. I have a trick knee and it gives out at the most inopportune times. Taking them slowly is key and having bags will help to minimize the trips, but make sure to have a lighter one on the arm that is holding onto the railing, and being able to rest the heavier one on the steps with the other arm can help. I don't know if this suggestion is feasible for your situation, but going down the stairs one by one on your butt is something I have used more then once when I hadn't been feeling the most stable. Wish I could help with the situations working against your move though

I have the tiniest cut on the pad of my thumb but holy moley it hurts like hell... didn't help that I got onion juice in it.

I love the flocking of a mint SS, but that's usually not the case of lots of SS's and it also hides some of the most brillant coloured ponies ever (Twist for example).
I have a full collection each of SS and deflocked to satisfy both urges (except ponies that came with a NSS version already like Gusty).
I only deflocked ponies that had no hope in being saved. It all started when I was giving my new baity condition Wind Whistler a wash and the flocking started sloughing off.
Once I saw how pretty her colour was, then I knew I wanted a deflocked SS of every pony in my collection.

Noticed lots of 'non- American' ponies in there, whoever purchases this lot is a lucky duck!
