I would definitely try and find a box for them first and get a weight. Nobody here can tell you what to charge in postage - cuz we don't have your dolls.

I guess if you are having trouble figuring out what to charge or what/how to charge postage- you should just put them on ebay.
But BEFORE that make sure you box them up and get a weight!
Then list them for like $1 and let the market decide if they have any value.

I was at Target the other day and they moved the G3s to a new section, still in the toy aisles but not on an end cap. I think they were with toy crafts, which seemed like an odd place. The G1s were still on their usual end cap.
So if you aren't finding G3s on the end cap, check the other aisles.
I have found the G1 ponies there a few times now- crammed in on that back shelf with all the toddler toys and crafts. (West Seattle Target). SUCH a bizarre place for them.

I can't even bear to look at any photos- it is just too too horrible and sad. There is a pretty good list of all kinds of charities here - you can really take your pick, there are lots of really good ones. Oh, no! I remember the U.K. customs fiasco, but I didn't know that's why the U.K. seller shut down. Makes sense, though. I wonder where that box ended up? Probably in a landfill, depressingly enough.
Ooh, that's interesting about the variations! I didn't know that. That does make sense that they sell more. And aw no, poor Celebration! He's one of my favorites and was my first alongside Genie, I'm surprised to hear he isn't selling.
And I'm not trying to criticize you for lack of social media presence - I completely get that it's really, really difficult. I just think a bit more visibility could help the project, which is why I started this thread, so people could throw around ideas. I agree with others saying a central site aside from Facebook would be good too - I don't even have a Facebook account, I just use my mom's to see what's been posted.
(And eee, I'm glad to hear someone saw this thread and bought some! I'm so glad I could help in any way, no matter how small.)
That is so weird- so I guess the box was stolen ? By customs or mail service? Or would customs have sold the ponies? That would be weird right? Terrible that 1000 ponies got lost this way-

I'm sure you are all aware of the catastrophic fires ravaging Australia since September. An estimated 800 million animals have been affected. WIRES (Australia's largest wildlife rescue organization) is rescuing and caring for as many sick, injured and orphaned native animals as possible. I decided to put the money I was about to spend on a pricey doll, on this organization. I've always loved Pink Dreams  Once I discovered her that is. I had no idea about her as a kid but I WOULD have loved her then too!
