Drusilla, when you die, that pony just have to move into a museum! Sorry if that sounded a bit insensitive, but I don't want that awesome pony to be lost again or just put in an attic when you are gone, it is just too awesome! At the least, it should be in the hands of a responsible MLP lover so it do not get destroyed.

Interesting. Have you tried boil curling? That's how I do all of my curls so they really last, so I'd be interested to see if the qt nylon has the same longevity with heat styling.
Not yet. I think I can do a test this thursday...Tomorrow the whole family is home so there isnt much place to do hair tests.

Great new you guys! visitors can't see pics , please register or loginIt takes curls just as well as normal nylons. I did these on about one or two hours or so, I didnt do anything else than wet them down, so these might not hold for long but it will be interesting to see how long QT nylon do hold in comparison to Dolly hair nylon!

Ok guys, QT Nylon is the new brand of Nylon that My Little Customs carry and I was really curious about what made it different from normal nylon. I know a lot of you guys would be interested in that too. So, I ordered some packs, promised that I would make a report and now they have arrived! Yay!
And I gotta say that it do not disappoint!
The hair have the familiar feel of nylon, it's silky and soft, however! It is actually softer than normal nylon! It feels a tad closer to real hair because of what I am guessing to be thinner strands. But that is my speculation, I do not know what sort of thinness difference there is, it just feels like that. The hair is also less um..."resisting", I guess I can use that word... It seems a bit like with saran as in that it seems to fall down than to bounce up.
I have yet to do a curling test. If anybody want to see that or have questions about the QT Nylon, I will happily investigate so I can give you answers.

It don't need to be fading pink to fade guys. Fading pink is a tad fluorescent so it looks like it has a tad of orange in it, the new g4s dont have that in their pink hair.

None of the G4s have the fading pink, the pink they used lack that orange hint that the fading pink/pussycat usually have. Pink can still fade, just like all other colors though, but I dont think you need to be overly scared.
