Idk if this is an unpopular opinion, but it's one I feel quite strongly about. Much as I love the brushable hair of all the pony gens, I can't abide it in the Petites! I literally will only collect the Petite Ponies with moulded hair. How weird is that? 
I agree brushy hair on the petites is a weird thing...xD. I don't hate it, but it is definitely not the most convenient pony hair to deal with, either in standing up ponies or trying to style it. It's sort of 'what's the point', although I admit it looks pretty on the fancier sets.
I do quite like the mad curls mind you. Hasbro didn't use them enough.
Now we need a BnG or PP named, Mad Curls.
Knowing Hasbro's current naming sense, it will probably be Curly Cutie. >.>
Would love a take on the alt-ego superhero thing- How about an alt-ego villain? Curly Cutie by day, MAD CURLS by night! Like a whole "Who's the amazing secret hero saving the city?" but secret villain destroying it...

Why do I feel like Disney's sniffing to buy them out?
Been a long time coming with Star Wars & the princesses.
But I hope not. (can ANYTHING escape their gross, greasy grasp?)
I'll try to hold out my negative opinions or reviews until we see more.
I hated G4 at first but ended up liking and collecting the toys.
The G5 toys look like they definitely have potential, and I'll like them if they de-humanize the faces a lot bit.

Well this is.... Hm. Uh. Wow.
Totally unexpected, but not terrible.
I like how the design is almost a throwback to G2.
But the human faces are... VERY jarring. Why such prominent eyebrows...?
And the spacing is WAY too close.
If they fix that, I'm in. For the toys anyway.

I would consider Lyra more on the aqua side of the green equation than "green"...
But G1 didn't seem to have problems selling green ponies :/ And G3 did have Minty among others. It may just be a G4 thing (but Sandbar is green isn't he?).
The actual brushable is more yellow, but has green hair. I didn't know he was supposed to be green until you said that and I looked him up, actually- and I have him, lol!

YES to all the ideas on hair & body types! That would be so awesome. And MORE. BOY. PONIES! But. It's Hasbro.  I won't hold my breath. I can't see myself being into the show, as I wasn't even a fan of FiM, and it does sounds very preachy already. But I am really looking forward to seeing what the toys will look like, trying to keep an open mind. (I hope they're cool. )

My mom got her for me. I was overseas and had no idea she existed, but mom was more excited than me, lol. She's so extra, I love her. I just wish her hair was all in shades of purple. Wouldn't that be pretty? Even so, she's one of the prettiest white ponies, I think.
Yes it would.
I'd loooove to see her rerooted with blues & purples.
