Im gonna go with an "Ivy" vote as well i think green can fade to grey over time and Ivy was the main go-to G2
yeah I am at the point of no room for adding on G2s to the herd but I do agree I like that there are plenty of boy ponies with hair (not diggin' the choice to go molded hair for G5)

oh man, alien-bug fakies :-) love it! And that is a cool luna fakie I can see how aliexpress can become addicting. I will soon be able to add in a couple lanards on the way... have to admit of late I prefer the fakies over the G5 as I am not diggin how non-horse faced MLP evolved into of late. I mean it's cute in its own way, just guess I will need some time to grow into the G5 style

love these re-do ponies in general :-) have to admit would have preferred they did the hair color for fizzy to be show accurate so green first, but that's me being nit-picky perhaps. And man, as for masquerade i would love for them to issue her in a whizzer pose if they do start a redo of some of the other poses

yes that and the grails become all the harder to locate (italy blue posey and italy blue lickety will someday be found but yes, it has been years) so meantime I did get cobra's green hair ribbon variant and painted version of baby rainbow. I do love the resourcefulness of Top Toys that made the decision to paint - so pretty bright white :-) i love los colores vivos visitors can't see pics , please register or login

ok I'm not usually a fan of the "big heads" but saving grace they made it an alicorn (flying unicorn) and that carriage is a great addition - where did you luck out and find one? Sold in stores?

thanks so much for that youtube link - that was a lucky connection to get that man's grandmother to tell her story of the company shutdown (not a fire) and a wonderful surprise to find they had a rainbow hair CP line. It's cool to make that connection and see that idea became medley and firefly actually in production and who knows, maybe there are rainbow CPs running around in the wild still :-)
love how we are still piecing together the history! thanks so much for sharing and I also think minty is my fave (eyes a double in herd) so might need to make a rainbow myself at some point...

no I wouldn't say that the tail was original and mane rehaired more like all hair was replaced a long time ago as opposed to a modern rehair but it would be really cool that there's both a dark purple and light purple peru posey so yeah this would seem like a third color purple was used as we have dark purple on glory and now maybe two versions of purple on posey unless it's just the lighting and this is the typical lilac my understanding of peru posey is the hair is much much more curly but here's a pic of one on the card and maybe it's like your version visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or login

I'm trying to remember the last thread we had on the possibility of a darker purple hair peru posey. I'm familiar with the lighter/lilac hair and yes it is curly and peru ponies have long tails.
The washer looks a good fit and is aged so that seems a good sign
but than from looking at the mane /neck area I would say that looks to me it likely is a rehair not original - are you all saying that one row that looks like a typical factory weave for peru ponies? ( runs off to check ponies...)
