Hey, all! I know this is a pretty simple question, and I tried to search the forums trying to find the answer so I wouldn't have to post to ask...but apparently I can't search well enough so here we go, lol. What's the best way to clean up a pony with a sticky body? I was just going to use water to wipe them down, but I thought maybe there might be a more complex answer to get a longer result - so I thought I'd ask! When I mean sticky, I'm meaning oily/sticky to the touch. For example, I have two Starshines that are just disgusting to touch, and I don't want to put them back with my other ponies until they are un-nastified. Any help you guys could provide would be greatly appreciated

There were a lot of "Gusty"s out there, but I was one of them. I usually went by Gusty the HockeyPony, and sometimes I'd sign my e-mails with <\____~ Lol. Occasionally I'd write articles for TabbyMLP's monthly e-mail newsletter. I can't remember if I had the screen name of STLBlues29 back then or if I was still jdkoester. Haha...oh my, that last screen name is old. I've been around on line since around 1998. I usually didn't sell any ponies... I was a buyer Still am!

Yeah, I haven't found luck at the flear market the past times I've been... Maybe for about the first year that I discovered it did I actually have decent luck. Now, I agree... there's pretty much one lady that's outside that has her bin of (in my opinion) overly priced ponies for the commonality (is that a word?) and condition they're in. Every once in a great while I'll find something...but I usually walk out empty handed. I can't spend a lot of time in there anyway, because I can't stand the flea market crowds. People walking slowly and in the middle of the aisles so I can't pass really irritates me, lol.

Maybe we can try to get something together one weekend and grab some lunch and maybe pony hunt...SOMEWHERE. Don't ask me where, cause I sure don't know, lol.

I'd be in. I've never planned any meet either, but I'd be up for whatever. I'm a teacher so my schedule is pretty firm unless we do a weekend or sometime in the summer, lol. Just let me know what you guys think.

Oh goodness; this is a really tough question. I love each of my 6, but if I absolutely HAD to pick a "favorite," I'd either go with Bluebell (since she was my first of the series) or Butterscotch because she's gorgeous! You can't go wrong with yellow-based ponies - period!

You can chalk one up for the Wal-Mart in Fairview Heights/O'Fallon, IL. (At least, they were there last week before I bought almost all of them, muhahaha - missing 4!). I haven't been to the Collinsville Wal-Mart lately...I hate it Too many people (though the Fairview one is worse - why I was there, I don't even remember!)

I was able to get almost all of them today... I'm just missing about 4, I believe! Make sure you guys are checking adjacent aisles, because I checked by the ponies and didn't see them. I sadly walked into the next aisle and continued to search - and bam! I found them near some Little Pet Shop stuff. Now, granted, this was in the crazily organized Wal-Mart near me so it doesn't necessarily shock me, but... Plus, there was no tag there indicating the price - though when I scanned it, it showed up as registering the $1.96/pony. Who knows where the box was SUPPOSED to be (considering there was no space or tag near the ponies - and none where I actually found the box)... Good luck to everyone!
