850-900 I believe... An updated count will hopefully be taken soon as the pony room is constructed as the year progresses...

I'd have to say my Paradise Estate...which is currently all apart and sprawled across my 'computer room.'  Oops.  We're working on fixing up the basement, so I hope there will be a space for it to be intact soon.

Super cute photos, all!
I loooove white unicorns...and Baby Glory and Baby Moondancer are my main two favorite baby unicorns (I think ;).  Is that bluish colored pearly unicorn a MO Pearly Glory?  I never had her, so I'm not sure if they made her the right color or not!
Again - absolutely adorable pictures...

OctoberFlash - glad you got some ponies!  We probably just missed each other.  Well, my husband and I stopped by around 8ish when it opened.  My ponies have officially welcomed them to the herd, lol.  Thanks, Whiskerz!

Here's a couple pictures of your's truly...  The first is after a day of hiking in the Rockies.  The second is my husband "pushing" me into the Ohio River.

We could always try a restaurant downtown or in Soulard or something and then maybe hit up the Goodwill that you have luck at, Rhini! LoL  Everytime I'm there I get a big, fat nothing!  AHH!  :)  Granted, I've only been there twice...but still, haha!  I have a ton of pony movies, so we might have to put that on the agenda for later on down the road sometime!

Food-wise...well...I'm pretty picky, but I do like your standard junk/bar food...cheese burgers, pizza... I like Italian food...  Any suggestions?  Haha...  Why must my life revolve around ponies, food, and hockey?

I can see why Hasbro does it...but....ugh.  I don't know.  From a customer service and satisfaction - and financial!!!! - standpoint, I don't see how this is cost effective.  I would assume that the majority of people who order something on line (even if it's for their kids) are wanting a particular product.  I would assume that most would not be pacified by a different product; therefore, why waste shipping costs on a chance?  I mean, I'm sure they've done their research and there's a reason for it - but man...my hunch would be it wouldn't (but what do I know? :))

Maybe they figured the Mommy Pony wouldn't sell to anyone other than a collector willing to spend the money so they made it pricier than their other ponies in hopes to at least get a decent profit (even if it's still a steal for any collector)!  Congrats on that find, by the way!

Yeah, maybe eventually they'll just mark them down to $1 a pony to move the product...but I guess if they don't have anything else to put in their place then might as well keep them for awhile and see if anyone ever decides to buy.  Guess we'll see!

NBBE Gusty...one day :(

I'd also like to get a Parasol considering I thought I had her for YEARS - and apparently I don't, lol.  At least she's not hard not find, eh?

LoL, I remember Yahoo! auctions, too.  I think that was one of the only times I sold a pony on line - the extra 10th anniversary Birthday Pony!  Wow, that was forever and a day ago.  It took me awhile to adopt Paypal, too, FarDreamer... I remember writing a check for all my pony purchases!

Thank you, both!  Most of my ponies are clean, but when they get those sticky bodies it freaks me out lol.  Thanks again!

I think we all have those times when we get busy and "neglect" our four-legged multi-colored friends...  Just yesterday I was thinking about how I am able to go to the pony fair this year, and that seemed to put a fire under me to do some inventorying in anticipation.  My husband and I (well, mostly him - ha!) lugged up the totes we had in the basement (yes, I keep my collection in totes...sigh...FOR NOW) and I went through checking off the G1s I had.  I mean, I know which ponies I have and which I don't, but I actually wanted to SEE each one of them.  Weird - I know.  Anyway, I got through and now I'm freaking out because I KNOW I have some of the ponies I haven't checked off yet.  Maybe they are lost at my parents' house, sigh.   - But anyway - the pony mood will strike you fully again, I'm sure.  Your ponies will forgive you for your "neglect," cause after all - without you they might be in the landfill somewhere! :)
