I have Tea Love & Soarin (or Spitfire? the clear wonderbolt with dark hair) blind bags if you want them - I don't have the bags or cards though, if that matters :(

I just looked at your list again - I have a Ploomette too, with the tinsel hair, not the glitter wings version.

I grabbed one Wysteria.. I saw her awhile back on ebay, but I thought she was a knockoff or something. I'm so excited she's a real pony!

You're right! She does have Diamond Rose's head! I was wondering where those blue eyes came from since Plumsweet has kind of purpley eyes.

I found this pony on ebay this morning, she looks like a mistake, but I love her hair! I think she looks like Marilyn Monroe.

From this listing [link removed ~ many thanks ~ hathorcat] she's 5.5 cm, so that's blind bag size. She's in two different listings on Taobao (both priced the same) so that lends some credibility to it not being a custom.
