This is so aggrivating and depressing all at the same time. I agree with whoever said it before - it's so sad for the pioneers who are paying top dollar for these ponies to have their precious items ripped apart carelessly. I also agree with the cartels reference - there's probably intelligence out there showing that they are smuggling something in toys...so here we are. Sigh. That sucks.

These are fun to read! My ponies were always in a good guys vs. bad guys mode. Ponyland was always on the look out for the evil Fairy Tale Birds who would come in and capture the ponies by their tales (much like the "rescue at midnight castle" episode ). The ponies would then be taken away to a magical jail where they'd have to try to break-out. Meanwhile, other ponies in ponyland would always try to find their way to the jail...they'd "climb" up the "cliff" (aka the sides of my bed), go through the "caves" (aka the blanket on my bed when it was all crumpled up), and traverse dangerous heights (aka trying to jump from furniture piece to furniture piece without falling to their doom).

If it was based on likes alone, I would go with something that is a mix of hockey and hiking/traveling (what that'd look like, who knows!).
If it was based purely on talent...Well, I'm great with academics and navigation (oddly enough). Maybe books and a map? LoL

I'm back and forth with myself on this opinion, but sometimes I just wish they would have left My Little Pony alone and not came out with FiM or the G3.5s...or even the G3s. I think the G2s are endearing in a weird sort of way and work with the original line. I enjoy liking something that not a lot of people are into or know a ton about...so with the increasing popularity of ponies due to FiM - well - I don't know. I just wish it'd go back to how it was with the original lines. While a bigger fan base is cool cause of the different people you can meet - and while there are more pony products emerging which is cool - it's just...I don't know. Not the same. I think that's why I've been almost completing converting back to G1s only. Going back to the roots Just my opinion obviously (which may not be the most popular, clearly, in tying with this thread, lol). Interesting to read everyone's opinions! Seems like many of us have unpopular opinions that may have a strand of popularity afterall, lol.

I think Seaflower is one of the more underrated (from what I can tell) ponies out there. I think her color combination is absolutely gorgeous! Your husband be crazy

Eskara - I just wanna hug that cat! Gorgeous! My cats aren't allowed near my ponies. They're very well-behaved cats...they know their boundaries (at least, when I'm looking, lol)! So far nothing has been a problem (knock on wood)! Even when I had them all sprawled out on the floor during "pony inventory," they'd just sit there and watch. They'd sniff a tale but then back away and sleep. ...

I'm glad to hear the good news about the head being found! This feels like I'm following a developing news story (because that's what it is)! Hopefully you'll find out some answers, although I don't know how helpful the venezualan national guard/customs/whatever will be - always worth a shot! It does seem rather odd that they would be the ones to destroy your package. Perhaps they knew it was a My little Pony, which we all know, is just as addictive as drugs Hope things start looking even more up for you, SS! Hugs!

I'm pretty sure my biggest purchase for a single pony was a minty SS Crumpet...she was the last SS I needed, so that's how I justified it to myself I think I got her for about $50.
