Forgive me for being so late to my own party...as soon as I posted this thread, a chinook decided to blow in and melt the snow here. $127 including shipping for a MIB Comic-Con  Pony, and she was worth every cent. I'm prepared to drop that much on a single pony again...I want to collect the g1 male ponies, and those Mountain Boys aren't cheap!

Most of my herd live in storage tubs in my closet, but my free-range ponies are scattered around my computer desk. My favorite area is the Cutie Mark Crusaders hanging out with my Egon figure and my Papo T-Rex. ^_^

I'm a late-comer to G1 myself. I never had My Little Ponies as a kid, and so far I've only wanted G4s, but G1s are really starting to grow on me and I blame every one of you on this forum. I hope you're all happy.  My local flea market has a great vintage toy guy and he's got a great big tub full of old ponies. And one headless Dancing Butterflies.

I don't love the black marks-
I finally removed them from my colorable RB Dash- I found that the black comes off VERY easy from the plastic- less easily from the white parts (wings/mane/tail) - it DOES come off- but you really have to scrub at it. (I used nail polish remover- maybe something else would be more effective but that is what I had on hand)
lol Someone on EQD made a comment about those ponies looking like they had Cutie Pox. 100% pure acetone is what you want. (Found it at an auto parts store.) I never had much success getting eyes/cutie marks/whatnot off with nail polish remover, but it comes off effortlessly with acetone. Just remember to thoroughly rinse the pony off after.
