Haha I loved it when I was little! I was on it once, I was part of a caterpillar. Was great fun.

I read that twice and nope, you really did say what I think you did. I have to ask the question...how were you part of a caterpillar? O.o

:lmao: Yes that does sound a bit odd doesn't it? I was part of a chain of kids pretending to be a giant caterpillar. I was second from last so not quite the bum. Almost the bum.  :slug:

I do own her, so yes ;) She is still in the community :) Although I have had people offer to buy her, she's not going anywhere. I've had her about 20 years now and she's a part of the pony family...

Oh so pleased you still have her! I wouldn't want to sell her either, definitely a keeper. It's daft and none of my business whatsoever but I love it when ponies stay where people know they are safe, they are in the Arena Club :D

I want to cry when I think of all the lost prototypes...

Snap. All those beautiful ponies just in landfill

That baby Susie is amazing. Plus the gallery has a lot to offer as well  :)

I have a page on G2 prototypes/ unreleased ponies.
http://lavenderlagoon.weebly.com/prototypes.html

The Queen Sun Sparkle prototype is in my collection  ^.^

Thank you so much for sharing, they are awesome! I've never seen any G2 prototypes before apart from the booklets. That 'styling' talking one is incredible. I wonder why they never produced her? G2s were quite popular in the EU for a while.

Pony masks!

Are those stand things the toys are on stationary supplies? Looks like a book holder and other...stuff?

Thanks everyone :)

That Susie is gorgeous, much prefer her like that! Taffeta guessing you don't own her, is she still in the community?

I was doing it wrong with the Gallery - I was using the main Gallery search, I didn't think to just go into the Nirvana section and have a look.

I spend far to long on MLWiki than is good for me I think

Gusty. It was a toss up between her and Majesty, as I had them both as a child. I know I had Sparkler too but she just doesn't stick in my memory as much.

Pony Corral / Prototypes G1, G2, G3

I am currently obsessing over prototypes, G1-G3. G4 are harder because of the whole situation of production operatives selling factory mistakes.

I really wonder why Hasbro didn't release some of the ponies they had prototypes for - the winter carriage pony being a main one. Why Hasbro? She is so pretty. There are a couple of G3s in alternate poses too.

So please can you show me your G1-G3 prototypes please? I've done a couple of searches but Photobucket sucks. Also any snippets of interesting prototype-related information?

I dream of all the prototypes making it into the MLP community!  <3

My dream too. One day when I have won the Lotto I shall employ a spy to infiltrate Hasbro HQ and find the lost prototypes. One day.... *evil cackles and rubbing of hands*

I don't think it looks any better or worse than some of the tshirts by Moschino

That is actually more or less my cosplay for Ponycon next month if I can get enough tulle for the tutu

Personally the more I look at their MLP collection the less I like it. There's more than a touch of sneering superiority and mockery of people who genuinely like this stuff and of laughing at people who wear Primark. Like, "look at us we're so witty wearing common people's tacky 80s nostalgia but we like it because it's ugly and kitsch, aren't we clever and superior"

This is exactly what I thought when I first saw it. Clothing for snobs. I don't like this branded wear at all - don't get me wrong the clipart is cute and I love the winger bag but plastering 'Moschino' all over it ruins it. The name makes me think of some sort of crappy cocktail. I'll stick to my cheap Primark stuff - I bet the quality is on a par and it look just as cute. Cuter, actually.

Oh wow she is huge! Is she made from the same vinyl as normal styling ponies?
