What a horrible situation to be in

I don't know the answer but the seller has to take some kind of responsibility The level of that varies from pony to situation

I never knew about the RH on the hoof interesting and thanks for the info

Perhaps standard etiquette (manners) is to ask if the head is sealed? If not then can I look inside please?

Ok ive taken my Italian Polly to bits as she had serious tail rust

Shes had a good bath and clean and is doing ok but now i find myself with a horrid tail mess

Ive never been in this situation before so any help or advice is greatly appreciated

Is Italian hair the same as HK? Can i just pop a HK Peachy tail in her? Or do i need to get an Italian Peachy for a doner?
Does anyone have a spare tail or bait Peachy Im happy to pay so she has a new tail

Ok the story goes I won French Bow Tie on eBay on 30th June, paid on the day....
Now you know what's it's like waiting for the little parcel sign to light up saying its posted So after a few days messaged the seller Again a few days later And again....
On the 13th July I had a reply!!! Yay Saying sorry and she would ship the pony Wednesday (a week ago today)

I've messaged her again and the parcel posted sign has not lit up yet  :cry:

My question is How long does post from France take to get to the UK?

I'm running out of time to put a complaint in and get my money back

Also after the white activity baby to help complete my set The ones ive seen just lately seem to have frizzy tails Is it a common thing? Sigh
