ok, so i saw this post about two weeks back and i have been binge watching the Steven U...which isn't too hard seeing as they're short little installments.
let me just say...I AM IN LOVE. at least for now, as fandoms can be so fragile, pppfffffts.

Yes! Eggs are the best. Last year for the County Fair I entered my sugar candy eggs in the fair, and guess what? Fist in class, yay! I prefer mine poached or basted, and my boyfriend's Ma makes the best deviled eggs from her chickens in the backyard. Eggnog, (the rum-tastic kind) is one of my favorite holiday treats! I found YouTube really helpful when I started to customize toys. I use a reroot tool, I find the needles supplied by DollyHair are much more durable than my homemade ones, but handmade tools can be just as good if you learn how to handle them. I use fabric-tac to secure the hair, no fallouts yet!
Just dive in! That's my advice, scour the classified and WTS threads for a nice baity pony and if you screw up, don't worry there's always acetone ;D lmk if you have any specific questions, always glad to help~~

I picked up this grubby Merry Treats at an antique doll and toy fair, after a thorough oxi cleaning, about an hour of magic eraser scrubbing and some serious deep conditioning, you wouldn't think she was the same pony! visitors can't see pics , please register or login

If I may ask, where did you find that adorable little partridge bird figure there in front of the tiny little bunny? I need one lolol
Truly, I got the little porcelain pheasant from a vendor at the DuPage County Fair about two years ago. A husband and wife team sell a fantastic assortment of miniature figures like these and tiny tea sets, another one of my favorite things to collect! The Fair is in July, I'd be happy to keep an eye out for another one for you! I was planning on putting up this baby on my Etsy, but if anyone is interested on here, just throw me a line!
