I'm so jealous! what an amazing amount of ponies there, you must be so excited to style and display them all.
P.S. the normal sized alicorn Twilight is from the Cutie Mark Carriage vehicle set  :)

Anyone interested in older EQ might wanna check out Fred Meyer. The ones near me are having super sales on ponies and dolls, plus they have an additional 10% off coupon in their ad that works. I picked up the Twilight doll + pony set today for $8.99, and the EQ Collection dolls are only $7.99, deluxe dolls are $9.99, and the singing Twilight was $12.49.

That's Best Wishes! she was released with the Party Gift pack in Year 4 (or ~1985).

She's fuzzy because she's a so soft pony. It was an entire line of these flocked ponies between Year 4 and Year 5 (~1985-1986).

And I use BlueRose's G1 price guide, so a rough PC from me would be $3-4.

They're production date numbers! They represent the day your pony was made. MLPMerch has a code converter on their website so you can see what day/month/year your pony was made. The article also explains them in more detail.

Oh, the Pumpkin Tart/Abra-Ca-Dabra one might be worth something. I know mispackages are unusual and sometimes sought after, and the Halloween ponies are as well.

G3 Kimono picked out from Target because she came with a free video. I was a sucker for promotional items  :P
Sadly, I have a temper and chewed her foot when her hair wouldn't brush, but picked up an upgrade at Value Village . I still have her though, and she's the wise grandmother to all my G3s.
I quit collecting a few times after that, and my re-entry ponies each time were G3 Tangerine Twinkle, G3 core 7 Sweetie Belle, and G4 Applejack. They're all special to me for their own reasons  :lovey:

Pony Corral / Re: what do you consider bait?
« on: May 25, 2015, 09:58:30 PM »
I have a super baity SHS Twinkler, with faded hair, stripped tinsel, rubs, dirt, frizz, she's just a mess... Bait in anyone else's eyes. But for some reason it just gives her all this character. I can't seem to get rid of her or any of my other "flawed" ponies. Each flaw just gives them a personality, a story of how much the previous person loved and played with them. No pony is bait to me, and I actually like buying bait ponies more than minty ones.

Any of the G4 Neon Rainbow singles, or LuLu Luck. I missed out on them in stores and I can't find them anywhere online, Ebay included.

Bluerose here on the Arena made a really handy G1 price guide. It might be of use in the future. http://www.angelfire.com/oh5/bluerose9978/PRICE/

« on: May 16, 2015, 11:20:25 PM »
StrawberryReef has a G3 PC guide on the website too   :)
If I remember correctly, Rainbowberry is a little more HTF, so maybe anywhere from $5-10 depending on the condition of her hair and whether or not she has accessories? I've been looking for her for a couple years myself.
There's a G3 Bumbleberry that's very similar for about half the price.

Price Check Archives / Re: PC on all version of Gusty?
« on: May 16, 2015, 12:32:34 AM »
The US version of Gusty has glitter symbols and light blue eyes, while the Australian/Scandinavian has glittery symbols and green eyes.
Then there's also Reverse Gusty from Scandinavia but she would probably go higher than $25  ;)
