Trader & Shipping Support / Re: Help needed with f0xtail2 on ebay
« on: January 18, 2016, 07:37:54 AM »
To me it seems that ebay photos the pony looks almost perfect. Only flaws I can see is the brown ears, the eyes, something light brown on the hoof, one cancer spot(?) on the non display side (right side), nick on horn and small one on the hoof. And the descipriton is: Peruvian Moonstone is in excellent condition for her age and origin! Very clean with a few spots and discoloration. Hair is good-some frizz at the tip of tail. Uncut as far as I can tell. Paint is good on symbols and eyes with a few scratches. Please view the pictures. T
hat desciprion/photos doesn't (in my opinion) tell that the pony got that much of marks on her back as the later pics show.. The ebay pics doesn't even show her back where the big marks are. And those second photos do not look good to me that you could say pony to be excellent condition.. Then again what some one think is excellent conditon is someones bait condition...

If buyer/seller doesn't communicate it is the right for a person to open a case in ebay and try to solve it.  I think in this case there was poor description of ponys real condition.

Off Topic / Re: Star Wars: The Force Awakens (SPOILER WARNING!)
« on: January 15, 2016, 01:33:57 AM »
I saw the movie in December. I didn't expect much so I was nicely suprised how good it was at first. Then thinking more it is same plot over again... Good but they did play it save. It is more like nostalgia movie than new story..

Spoiler
I have to ask, did anyone else feel like Kylo should keep his mask on at all times after he removed it the first time? It brought too many memories back of Anakin and I was just always thinking, "No, no...no, put it back on there buddy." Plus, with his voice and everything it was just underwhelming to see this fresh faced kid beneath the mask. It was really the only thing that bothered me about the movie.
Spoiler
Oh goodness yes. He is so ugly and so ridiculous and every time he appeared on screen after that it took me out of the whole film. Especially when the first time he takes off his mask the camera spends a whole lot of time focusing on him for a totally pointless scene. It was like he was supposed to be in an awkward comedy movie but somehow wandered onto the Star Wars set instead.

Yep same feeling here.

Spoiler
Keep your helmet on, please! He looked weird without it. The voice and all. No offence no one can do nothing to his/hers face without surgery but those lips!!! There were like girls swollen lips LOL sorry! He didn't look badass at all! ruined the feeling...
Also I got the same feeling with him as with Hayden Christensen. He didn't fit to the role at all and he felt like everything you said to him (in the movie) he would act like a teenager.. rebel and rebel and being stupid...

Speculation for future films (possible spoilers?):

Spoiler
My friend thinks Ren (the villain) and Rey will turn out to be twins.  I kind of hope they don't because I feel like Leia and Han would have mentioned it in passing, but at the same time . . . Ren and Rey.  Those are kind of "Newborn Twins" matching names, ha ha.

This would be so horrible scene! (but those matchy names foreshadows something  >_< ).It would be so predictable and boring. I remember someone said same theory at the movie theatre (I was eavesdropping unintentionally :p)

OMG how lovely collections you guys have! I do not collect these (since MLP takes all my shelves) so I am not too familiar with them. I have seen only those small figures in Finnish shops.. I didn't know they got bigger figures too  They look so amazing !!  :drunk: :frolic:

Looked the link and the pic. Thought hard that they look so familiar :wonder: (in Finland they got different name that I don't remember... The name didn't light my bulb). Googled and:
AAAAA!!!  :frolic:

I have seen those in TV and I got VHS about them when I was a kid! They were so awesome^^
But I do not like these new ones.. their faces look weird :( not so cuddly as the old ones.

I first saw him in Sense and Sensibilities. I loved his dry, sarcastic wit and he just looked so collected and kinda intimidating. RIP. :(

Oh yes I forgot this role! He was awesome in Sense and Sensibilities. Just like I imagined in my head while reading the book.

Alan Rickman's portrayal of Snape was hands down one of the most amazing things about the movies and one of the few things about the movies that I loved.

This! Nothing else was good in Potter movies except Snape :) (no offend to any potter movie fan). He captured that character so well!

Oh no :( RIP

I loved his roles as Severus and in Sweeney Todd (I didn't know he could sing so well and so deep voice!). Ofc he was super good in any role he was in! :)

After I have given wash to my newest arrivals I will begin to restyle and curl some of my older ponies hair. I just love ponies with curly hair^^.

SO do what you like to do :)

I love your avatar pic!!

Oh thanks :)

And forgot to mention if pony got factory curls then I just try to keep them, not curl them again :P
