Sure, shipping to the states isn't a problem. I'll get a photo in the morning as its getting dark here. He's utterly nekkid, no jewellery or anything (I was outbid on his clothes, then got a complete loose one) and no fuzz missing or damage or dodgy seams/paint that I can see.

That's the only benefit to being in the UK, sometimes we're lucky and get the QC issues fixed :D

Dairy foods are not a good idea- they can actually cause infections. It's better if you stick to icy products. One thing that I had was lots of Pedialyte (don't drink the Pineapple- it will burn).

Seriously!?  My grandma stuffed me full of soft cheeses and ice cream!  I guess I got lucky not to have any infections!  :(
Dairy products have small particles that can get caught in the wound and cause infections. I remember hearing something else about the pathogens in them, but I can't find anything on it right now.

:O really? I was on fromage frais and tea for a week! Will have to find something else for after my next dentist visit with any work.

I got a MGR Sparkler off ebay that the seller failed to mention had ear tip nibbles and a nice bright pink mark by her ear. (The price isn't worth me returning it, I will contact them about listing defects a bit better..she did say her hair was a mess, which it is.)
Anyone got any experience of fixing nibbled ears? Is the pink likely to be regrind or neon pony skin disease? It's the nice bright highlighter sort pink colour.

I had my 4 taken out under a general anesthetic, they were coming through rotten or impacted or both. I can't have any dental work done concious, I have to go to a sedation clinic and be given the happy drugs.

Aftercare is the main thing, I lapsed with the mouthwash and ended up with a nasty infection in half my face. Getting antibiotics as a just in case is an idea! But having one out is different to four, it shouldn't be as traumatic on your body for a start :)

So the first one arrived yesterday! It's a greyblue one with a very squishy head. Her eyes are wonky making her look a bit puzzled, and only one eye has the remains of eyelash printing! Her muzzle is all beaten up and missing paint, debating redoing it for her when I touch up her eyes so she can see better.

Anyone in the UK - if you can get to an Argos (my nearest 10 stores are out, and my Dads nearest 10 are out, my partner who is working in Devon has been told there is stock there if he goes near civilisation..) I'd love a sisters pack, and if anyone can get to a TRU a Werecat pack would be nice too. My nearest one of those is an hour or so train journey away! (The price of which would make going to ebay more sensible!)

I decided a while back to stick to one of each doll. In the UK, we're just getting the first few trickles of the Werecat set. (I refuse to call them twins.) It'll probably be near Christmas we get Venus, Rochelle, Robecca and Scarah.

That said, I think Mattel may have gone a bit overboard to really milk the parents and collectors. The original concept was children of the classic monsters. The only plant I can think of was Seymour, and he was just a plant in a pot. Because we're so far behind and still seem to have stock issues, we don't get hit with all of them at once but releasing 3 or 4 new dolls onto the market isn't fair. Releasing one every 3 months would make more sense. A Skull Shores Gil retails at £11.99 but is being resold for 4 times that because Mattel can't sort their stock out, it's insane. That said I'm waiting to see if they release Gil in normal clothes, now that they've done that to Jackson two years after Gloom Beach..
