The ones I've done the heads have come off super easy and the hair came out really quickly. I think some of the poses might be a bit harder, but I've never had any trouble!

Well, I think I got pretty lucky - which is good because I was scared! This pony is in pretty lovely condition, so she'll just need a gentle bath  Yay! I have to see it was really exciting to open the package. She's not even my pony, but I think I may have caught something *cough cough* Yeah, definitely coming down with something. Must be some sort of bug

NoD you are totally making me LOL with your spending spree!!   You may lol, but I feel a bit like crying if I stop and think on it too much. It's bad  I mean it's awesome for my partner, and I'm happy to do it. I knew going in that I had no real budget for this. But yeah... it's okay. If I just stop now, it's okay! The money is gone, and I have still paid all my bills, and it's all okay!

Well, my very first nirvana was picked up from the post office today, so I am pretty excited to get her home and open the package and see what I'm dealing with! The pony is top secret (for a swap) so I can't share pictures, and I'm afraid to even say what country it's from! I'll just be gentle with her

I got my tail hair reasdy and wrapped it in a rubber band, then dipped the end in glue, working it in to make sure all the ends of the hairs were covered. Once that was dry I took the band off and glued the tail into the hole. Not glamorous, but it worked!
