I can sympathise - I bought a load of ponies on eBay a couple of years back and when they arrived they were COVERED in wee  I kept soaking them all a washing powder solution as it breaks down bodily fluids. I would suggest baking soda too though, I've always been too scared to use dryer sheets in case I forget about them and mess the pony up...
Oh for the love of a pony, that is about the worse thing I have ever heard! My deepest sympathies to you!

I have to agree with Stormy and emery. The accessories alone were so worth it. So that being said after looking closely at the pictures it is unfortunately obvious that there is damage to the box.
But that does not dispute the fact of it being poorly packaged.
I think maybe her being a new seller she might have thought "Well if I put it in a huge box it won't get crushed. And not thinking hmmm..maybe I should bubble this and make sure its secure.
It's hard to say but none the less I still think it was a great deal!

Yes! But I found some nice lady who is in charge of the toy department. She ordered me two boxes because they were out and took my name and number and said she would call when they are in.
I guess it never hurts to hunt someone down and ask. I don't know if it makes a difference but our Walmart is not in a high traffic area as some others are.

That is the first time I have seen any of her accessories for sale (and nearly all of them! She is only missing her hair tie) in well over 5 years. Wow, I should have guessed that. I knew there where only three SongStar Sixteens that's why I thought maybe that's why she went so high? The one I sold you was nice, but I kept the nicer one. $75 sounds about right. I think I will probably take offers on this one starting at $50 with a reserve and see what happens.
Just out of curiosity are the other two valued that high? Jolene and Bobbi?

Huge Congrats! I got a little scared  to look at the rest of your pictures when I saw that box. But thank god nothing was damaged.
