If only they made Pony shirts in unisex or mens styles that werent plastered with "BRONY" any only G4...
I am a proud G4 brony, but Id wayyyyyyy rather wear G1 shirts- which all seem to be for petite women. And based on this thread it would seem that plenty of women might prefer unisex style Ts anyhow!

To my knowledge Discord was 1/72. That or 1/144 I'd say $30 would be a really fair price and you could get $50 or maybe more from that collector who really needs him

My interest for other generations actually came about on a Facebook group I joined to sell some of my G4 stuff. I saw other people posting and selling G1 ponies and the rainbow ponies really caught my eye. So I bought one to really check it out for myself, and also bought the movie/series to really get a feel for what G1 was really like compared to G4. Once I'd gotten through all the videos I was hooked! And now I've started branching out to G3s because their colors are so bright and varied!

I'll take the challenge! G1 sea ponies I like, but like Ladybastilla I'm intimidated by their potential water based issues to own one. Merponies on the other hand...that's where this will be my challenge!

Yes the lack of definition between "bait" and "restore" is confusing! I would only truly consider a pony "bait" if it were impossible to restore to its original condition due to missing limbs, extreme chewing, plastic breakdown, or really stubborn mold you'd need to chemically remove. "Bait" should only imply 'craft project', not 'could be fixed if you're determined enough'
I personally only choose to buy really good condition ponies, but I'd consider a "restore" project at the right price for a rare pony I really wanted.

I just watched the first 2 segments last night and really wasn't feeling it, but I also felt similarly when I started the Flutter Valley episode of the original series (not knowing to watch the specials and movie first..) So I'm going to give it a shot and watch it the whole way through

Its baby north star- my fiances. It used to be that we only collected G4, she's got an army of brushables and I have all the large Funko vinyls. Now were both being taken over by G1 wants...

I pass on all the purfume ponies personally. Not my style. And I even sort of hate the idea that they were scented- would have made me sick as a kid. But hey, the less people looking for something, the better for those who want it!

I try pretty much the opposite of what Daffodil suggested, take it out of sight, away from the collection. Box it away somewhere safe and try to see/feel if you miss it at all. If not then let it go!  I box my questionable collectables up so theyre ready to ship off if I decide to sell them, and just dont tape them in. Leave them in the closet for a few weeks and almost always wind up listing them! Im sort of a compulsive buyer though, so I need turnover to make space on my shelves and in my wallet

Oh no! I hadnt heard that. Id figure masking or painters tape would have been pretty safe since they're not very gluey to begin with
