I just about fainted when i saw the price.  These patterns are going for +$15 on amazon, and since i am out of the loop and didnt check ebay until just now ;p figured thats about how much these patterns are worth.

Still... I am beyond stoked to find G1 stuff in the wild :D  I am probably going to have my mom attempt to make the plushie for me <3  cause she sews and well... who wouldnt want a plush pony?!

Pony Corral / Is this factory curl and how to tame it?
« on: June 04, 2017, 02:34:55 PM »
I managed to get my hands on a nearly flawless SS Cherries Jubilee.  Shes got some very minor age spots but thats to be expected ;p

What I want to know (cause i've been out of the loooop for so long), is if shes got her original factory curl, and if so, how to tame that forelock, its driving me bonkers ;p

We still have a LOT of boxes to dig through, but I FOUND TWO.  Italian and Basa.

We moved last November.  Bought a house.  Got rid of a LOT of junk.

Guess who just did a small inventory of ponies and realized shes missing some.

Of all the ponies I could be missing, its my army.  They should have ALL been together.  But they were not.

A picture of them circa 2010 ish.

$40 is a good price...lickety usually sells for around $60ish
Ohh thats good to know.  My husband will be thrilled to know I saved some money xD (hmm, see if i can convince him to let me put it toward more yarn... )

Way to go!  I LOVE the squeaky butts and I have a lot of them in my herd.
LOL I just found out today that they really do squeak xD  I thought it was just the name of them for some reason!

You can expect to pay anything from $100-$2500 for a Venezuelan pony ^.^ some are still one of a kind!

Ok thats not unreasonable, if I am lucky ;D  Thank you!

OK So... (heres the Earth, ROUND) on a whim from a post on facebook I decided to check Ebay for Lickety Splits.  Most specifically Squeaky Butts.  I found one sold in the United States with free shipping for only $40! And I won it! :D  I am super stoked.  Shes going to be my first Venny.  Soooo... Did i do good, or is that about average for a Venezuelan White Lickety?  I'll definitely be posting pictures of her on Monday when shes supposed to arrive :D

Also - I peeked into the Nirvana gallery.    About how much would i expect to pay for some of those "normal" Venezuelans with manes and tails? Holy drool o_O

Pony Corral / Re: Who or what has brought you to the darkside
« on: January 03, 2017, 05:07:44 PM »
No one knows to be honest.  My mom thinks she donated my first pony to charity when i was REALLY little, cause I didnt play with it.  But I remember digging for my Lickety Split in my elephant toy box as some of my earliest  good memories.  Its been so long that I dont think my mom would be able to tell me who gave me that LS, but I still love and have her today :D

My mom is working on the BEST present ever  :frolic: a custom my little pony quilt.  She found patterns for all of the ponies, found buttons to match my top favorite ones, and picked fabric to match them all!  I am in LOVE!

Pony Corral / Re: Eye-eye, Fluttershy... G4 errors?

LOL i saw this on Tumblr earlier.  Personally I'd leave her in the package.  Who knows as a factory error she could be worth something someday :)

Pony Corral / Re: I haven't collected in a while, how do I stand the wait?!
« on: December 10, 2016, 01:05:33 PM »
The process is usually jumping around your living room, and petting a ball of yarn. I live in Europe, so it takes a week or two for a package to arrive.
*hides the eight tubs of yarn*  Stalker! ;p

My new nirvana is coming from Argentina so its going to be quite a wait for her!  I just paid for her yesterday and shes not going out until Monday, and I am already wanting to stalk the mailbox...
