Those would make Adorable gifts for children to give their mothers!! If I were the one doing it, I'd make them in a variety of colors.

I think somewhere between $2.50-5 would be good, and maybe you could also have a "Pay what you wish" jar as another option in case people want to pay more-- and also in case some people and children truly can't afford much but would like to give them as a gifts.

This might be taking it too far lol, but if you could find inexpensive little boxes for them and brought some different colored ribbons, kids could choose their own ribbon so they get to do something personal. Also, I think watching a kid enjoy the process might attract people to your booth to see what's going on  ;)

 :green: Good luck!

Hmmm. Everyone is making good points even though they differ.

My personal inclination would be to give them each custom pony, both with a "sister" theme of some sort and tell them those gifts are to remind them of what a special gift it is to have a sister. And do something that like for their b-days going forward. Even if the set of gifts aren't always ponies-- they could be similar necklaces, different colored purses, etc.

And whoever has the actual birthday would also get a separate gift of her own, to celebrate specifically that she was born on that day.

Edit to add: I do think it's ok if one sister has more customs ponies than the other.

I wear as much rainbow colored crap as I can on my face at one time.  I switched to ponies after acquiring more eyeshadow than any one person should own.

That's an awesome reply lol!!

I keep it pretty natural, but sometimes do more with the eye make up. I was big into glitter back around '97. I miss that stuff-- except how it got all over the place. Boyfriends just loved explaining glittery faces to their friends

I often did theatre make up on guys who'd never used it before. They were not into eye liner LOL the pencil scared them. But they had to wear it-- many learned to do it on their own rather than watch a sharp object approach their eyes under the control of someone else!

Even though this post is from months ago, I really want to know if you guys got your orders or information regarding them :( The kiwi bird sounds especially cool! I haven't collected LPS for a while now, but I like my little "flock of pets," as I think of them lol. I would be pretty upset if I'd ordered the kiwi or rooster and didn't get them. I got the koala, when it was available, and fortunately it arrived without a problem.

Perfect! I told my friend to consider this as a Christmas gift for her boyfriend! They have different faiths and keep a good sense of humor on the subject to keep discussions light ;) I imagine some people wouldn't be so fond of the gift, but it doesn't seem intended to be offensive.

As long as they're on the shelves more often than just Easter, I'm cool with any color they want lol. I've always loved them! Although dyes aren't great things for the body, so I kinda wish they'd stuck with regular eggs in Halloween wrappers.

As others posted, MLP and Moon Dreamers were totally separate toy lines. I think the seller used that title to attract more people who buy/collect vintage toys. Moon Dreamers are certainly well-liked and there are quite a few collectors around, but they weren't/aren't as popular as MLP so there isn't the same name recognition.  ;)

Eek!! They're interesting to look at, but there have to be some boundaries lol. I'd say that inside clothing should be off-limits!

Last night, my mom and I were standing in the dining room, talking. All of a sudden, she grabs me by the shoulders and swings me away from the table as if I was about to be hit by a car or something! I was like, what?? There was a spider coming down from the chandelier and it would have landed right on my head  I don't really want one in my hair, plus it would have been hard to remove him safely to put outside, which is what I prefer to do when they're "hanging" around.

It's cool that a new version has been released, but the pets are a li'l weird lol I thought the pink dolphin was a pig and the frog was a turtle. I hope they come up with some more pets who look a bit cuter.

Their sponges are Awesome, though!! It looks like they would work with the original Sea Wees, too.

I read this a little late to join in, it seems lol

But I highly recommend the Muppets version-- it's on youtube, and for those who love the song and/or the Muppets, it's well worth watching!  :silly:

I love the Sea Wees pets :D so cute!!

I collected, sold, and traded Sea Wees for years. I sold a bunch of mine some time back, and still watch the auctions pretty regularly-- to torture myself, I guess lol. I plan to recollect some of them when I'm able, but I did keep the replacements for my childhood set and that of my friend!

Values for all but the rare Sea Wees are very dependent on condition.
Chew marks are one of the bigger condition issues. This one would probably sell for around $4-5, with $10 at the very upper end, on Ebay. Unless someone really wants one or doesn't know the value, he's unlikely to sell if priced above $6. If you start the auction at $3 or less with cheap 1st class shipping, he'll Probably sell in a 5 or 7 day auction; listed for more, it might not sell until a couple relistings (or more) and probably a couple price drops later. Many people like buying Sea Wees in lots to save on shipping, so selling one singly is also a challenge unless it's rare or in near-mint condition.

For trade/sale value off Ebay, I think $2-5 would be fair for both people. There are quite a few Sea Wees collectors in the community, so listing him here for sale or trade would be a good place to start. Wherever you decide to sell or trade, something good to know is that most collectors really want Every detail about the condition, so a thorough description and lots of pics might save you a lot of questions or a return ;)
