I think when my sister made this page she just wanted to see how much the pony was worth as at the time the two traders were going to do a partial refund. Coco came onto the boards and wanted to see the pics of her 'mint' pony. Its so late my sis stated she'd take pics in the morning but that she had one pic of the pony from when it arrived. Coco saw the pic and said we marked the pony. We only retaliated because she accused us of so many things she thinks we have marked and broken all the accessories which we have not even removed from the box yet! So my sister is putting up photos when she wakes up. Where to from there??

it was never ment to turn into this. And my sister messaged the seller before had even got home. She accused me of never sending certain messages so i had to copy the one above in this thread. In the morning i will get out a camera and post all the faults she does have so i can prove to her that Gusty was not mint. With just the two pen marks under her hooves makes her not mint. Hopefully people will understand. She made up that i wanted 70% of the pony. In fact i have all the messages catalogued and sent to a mod to sort out. I don't know what to do Post Merge: March 14, 2013, 05:18:51 AMI can understand how you're feeling - but to start a verbal attack against someone is always the wrong way!
When I was you and when I'm unhappy with a pony I would take the offer of the seller and would ship it back - without a endless discussion... it's mostly the best way.
I hope you can work something out.
But its not that simple because, shes accused me of breaking accessories and marking the pony myself. As stated above on the first post clearly- i don't have my camera right now but i took one photo when she arrived. Other detailed photos will be up tomorrow(as it is 1am in the morning) of the rest of her faults. I apologise for the language but how would you feel if somebody said this pony is mint and when it arrives you find all these issues. Then have the seller come back and say YOU wrote on her hooves and on combs, brushes etc. It's madness! only photo i have as of yet. Once again this pony was describe as 'minty mint'

What the heck are you even talking about? I have the first message to prove to you that I listed EVERYTHING that was wrong with her all at once, it never "gradually got worse" my sister is my witness to back me up that you are a liar!! When she saw the state of the pony after opening the box she was so furious that she emailed you too. Now you are accusing me of breaking accessories? I have everything still in the box waiting to be send back but now I do not trust that you will even refund me. You have serious issues.

This is insane. I have never in all my years of trading/pony buying, been accused of marking a pony!!!??? I have never EVER EVER had problems with Arena members falsely advertising and blatantly lying to me. I am totally disgusted in how I have treated by this woman. As my sister said, buyers BEWARE.
