Has anyone else found the unscented versions of the Rainbows yet?

Could someone fill me in on the G5 stuff? I'm out of the loop and don't see any info on it, just people mentioning it here and there.

To answer the question, I am just hoping for more Retros from Basic Fun! As a prediction, well, probably just more of the main characters like always?

It seems like 2 Targets in my area have stopped selling these? Both definitely had the first wave, one definitely had the Rainbows, but now neither location even has the shelf space for them anymore. Has anyone had this happen in their area? Were they eventually restocked? Pretty weird because they seemed like they were selling just fine.

For Sale - For Auction / Loose G4s
« on: November 18, 2017, 05:18:59 PM »
Hey! Haven't sold on here in ages but I need some cash and thought I'd offer up some G4s to the community before putting them on ebay. If you want to check out my most recent selling feedback you can check out ebay (link in my sig) or depop (@CosmicStar).

PM me with what you want and zip code or country and I'll get you a shipping quote. Will ship internationally to members with a couple good feedbacks!

I have more to add (I just gotta find them) so stay tuned!

These are mostly used. I haven't done much to most except brush hair and give basic wipe with soap and water if they had dirt.

I love her and I am probably the only one who has an army of her. This here is my original that I unboxed. Years back I found her secondhand a couple times really close together and for whatever reason decided that I would never leave her behind if I found her, so she's like an unintentional intentional army. I have maybe 7 or 8 of her? Need to get a good picture of the whole gang someday.

Wow awesome! I'm so glad they're doing another one! I think her eye just should have been placed a tiny bit lower on her head, but honestly she still looks gorgeous to me!

Off Topic / Re: Nail polish people! <3
« on: March 14, 2017, 10:31:16 AM »
I love having painted nails but at my job I have to keep my nails clean, so I haven't really done much with them lately. One of many reasons I hope to find employment elsewhere in the near future!

I'm a little too impatient to try doing really cool, intricate designs (and not really interested enough in spending the money to get them done professionally) so I normally just go with a nice base color with some glitter or speckles on top. I don't tend to grow them out though, I just paint my short nails. Last summer I did white with gold glitter on my toes and it looked fabulous.

I recently got a negative because a doll I sold broke in the mail - I thought I packaged her well (I am super careful about my packaging!) but apparently not well enough. The buyer left the feedback before I could even accept the return request. That one negative shot my 100% down to 97.1%. =(

My point is even if a seller has a neg or two, it doesn't necessarily mean they're a terrible seller or scammer. It's important to read the comment left by the buyer as that could say more about the buyer than the seller. Slow shipping isn't something that would deter me as a buyer unless it regularly took them weeks to ship items or something extreme like that.

Off Topic / Re: What was the first music you bought?
« on: February 24, 2017, 11:18:00 PM »
Interesting question!

For me it would be the Pokemon 2 B A Master album on cassette when I was probably 9 or 10! And I still have it floating around somewhere. Still love listening to the songs (I found it on CD much later at a yard sale so it did eventually make it onto my ipod {and yes I still use an ipod sometimes lol.}]

As for a "real" album, I sadly don't know for sure. It's possible it was A Hangover You Don't Deserve by Bowling for Soup. If not that, then probably a Michael Jackson album as I got really into him in the mid 2000's and bought most of his albums on CD around that time (I would have been between 14 and 16 years old.)

As an aside it kinda makes my heart smile seeing people mention Ace of Base - I had a friend when I was little who was a few years older than me and would often play her AoB CD when I went to her house. I always get kinda nostalgic when I hear them. Maybe that was the first album she bought herself? =O

Wow, that's a very creative display! Looks like it took a decent amount of time to make. I hope you are able to make it a bit more secure. (Also the act of heroism is super cute!)

Aww, I'm also really sad to see it go. I (like a lot of us) used the ID tool frequently to figure out all the ponies I had from childhood when I first started collecting back around 2003. It was so well done! I still occasionally used DV even up to probably last year or early this year because there's still so many G1's whose names I can't remember and it's just always been my go-to for G1. =P

I hope Kim is doing well. I certainly owe her a big thank you for keeping DV going so long. Even if she hasn't updated in a long time, it's clear that she still put SO much work and love into it.

Wow, how cool is this!? All these years later and these photos of prototypes and artwork of things that were never released are still around. That's amazing! And of course it's always sad too, learning about even more MLP goodness that could have been.

Off Topic / Re: Let's play at the Arcade!
« on: August 27, 2016, 01:57:42 PM »
I love arcades! It's sad that they don't seem to be as common as they used to.

I always loved claw machines. I tend to avoid them in recent years though since it seems like it got to a point where anytime I grabbed something, the claws just dropped it back down. I swear they're rigged 90% of the time...but ANYWAY.

My other favorite was Skee Ball and still is. Anytime I walk by an arcade (generally only when I'm at a beach these days) I gotta play a round or two. Then I leave the tickets somewhere for a lucky kid to find because I don't need a single Tootsie Roll or a pair of plastic vampire teeth. =P

I also love air hockey for some reason. I'm pretty bad at it as I have rather slow reflexes. Sometimes I'm even clumsy enough to knock the puck into my own slot lol. But it's still fun!

Earlier this summer I also played one of those Whack-A-Mole games (but with alligators) and really enjoyed it. It had been a very long time. Those gators really start moving fast toward the end! lol

Pony Corral / Re: Pretty Clips of Ponies in the Shows

Completely agree about Rescue at Midnight Castle's animation. The ponies looked so pretty and never seemed to have the issue of weird/goofy looking faces at certain angles that the rest of the show had. It's a real pity they didn't continue with that style.
