I hope to have samples of her by June! to be honest I'm kinda glad to hear there won't be as many releases this year, I really fell behind  ; I hope the current releases sell out quicker now! (but not too quick - still need to get lots of them myself!)

hi everyone, I hadn't posted about Rainbow Beats yet here, but I do have an what's out and upcoming post, that seems to be forgotten about? Lots of new ponies have been added, with all links to where they are available. The only other ponies planned this year are 4 convention exclusives and a brand new Halloween pony. Taffeta, to answer your question, it is on the list to make her in a standing pose in the future. Once the sitting one is sold through, she will be made. But keep in mind, this is not supposed to be the pony from the tv show. She is just inspired. Her name was chosen because of the mysterious "Pretty Bow" on Dream Valley, back in the day. But you can call her whatever you like. The earth poses hq has right now are - crumpet, love melody, truly, sea shell, and some can be mashed up to make alternates. So it would probably end up being one of those for now, until we can afford to make others. We can change the color of the kitty on the next one. I can also look into getting a lighter orange color. We had issues finding the right orange, and that was the nicest of the option we had at the time. Enjoying seeing all the pictures people are sharing! Sadly no spare cash to buy any more of these now.
I would just like to ask Clipper and co whether any other poses will be done for 'Pretty Bow' at any point in the future? I really don't like the sitting pose so if that's the only one that's going to be done I can rule her off my list going forward. The colours are pretty but I really don't like how she looks like that. She's a dynamic active pony in the cartoon, with the cat on her back - I'd love it if there was a standing/walking one as well at some point, where you might have the option to attach a Peachy/Kiss Curl basket and have the cat riding on display.
Also really wish that wasn't her name, given that it reminds me of unpleasantness around DV and its invented pony intel, but names can be changed easier than poses can :/
I really hope to be able to grab a few of these newer ones before they all disappear going forward, but I guess we'll see how my finances work out first xD.

No one should have them But me and some others that are helping with the convention. I can confirm that the boxes have made their journey to San Antonio yesterday, and should be in the hands of the Swancrossing by early next week and be prepared for shipment.

I think customs auctioned them off and separated them into small lots? But yes I believe they were technically stolen. There were 1,000 that went missing. It was 180-200 ponies. The box was mostly Artistry Girls, and Sweet Treat sisters.. With a few Genie's, Pepperjacks, Celebrations, glitter blanks, and glitter hats. I was relieved someone found some of them, and they weren't tossed. I believe eventually they will surface on ebay or something. Oh, no! I remember the U.K. customs fiasco, but I didn't know that's why the U.K. seller shut down. Makes sense, though. I wonder where that box ended up? Probably in a landfill, depressingly enough.
Ooh, that's interesting about the variations! I didn't know that. That does make sense that they sell more. And aw no, poor Celebration! He's one of my favorites and was my first alongside Genie, I'm surprised to hear he isn't selling.
And I'm not trying to criticize you for lack of social media presence - I completely get that it's really, really difficult. I just think a bit more visibility could help the project, which is why I started this thread, so people could throw around ideas. I agree with others saying a central site aside from Facebook would be good too - I don't even have a Facebook account, I just use my mom's to see what's been posted.
(And eee, I'm glad to hear someone saw this thread and bought some! I'm so glad I could help in any way, no matter how small.)

The reason why there are variations is because they are made In batches of 1,000. We pay more to have the variations, that way there are options. Some ponies don’t have any variation and those are the ones that we have an excess amount of ( sea glimmers, dasher, celebration, artistry girls, hannkuah and Christmas ponies).. So, we believe the variations work. It’s good for customizers, who don’t want to re hair. You get to choose which version you like better for your collection. Or even yet some collectors want them all. So, I will have to disagree that the variations ARE necessary, and help the ponies move faster. The problem I believe is, there aren’t enough followers, and yes purchasing every single one could be expensive. So I understand everyone has a budget and I do not encourage anyone to go broke over ponies.

Hi everyone! Loved reading the comments on this thread. I wasn’t expecting to even this here.. Aside from the what’s out now and coming soon hqg1c thread. I have heard the hqg1c has been confusing for several years. It does sort of sound like a chemistry formula  . I really like the suggestions.. We can possibly add something to the title to make it more memorable in the future.. But, being 4 years into this, it’s hard to completely remove hqg1c from the project itself. Hair quality will vary from each run. Genie from glitter island, will have more of a coarse - straight type ‘wig’ hair. She the first one made (honestly we had no idea what we were doing, and were so lucky to even get her made.. As our original source ghosted us with our money.. But then we eventually got hold of someone else and they took over.) Puppy Love, Fair Feathers, Celebration, Dasher, Kitty Love, Artistry Girls, delphina/marina, True Blue (alt hair) All baby ponies, have Polypropylene hair.. Some of these will need assistance of their hair.. Since sometimes the workers don’t always brush and style the hair. The reasoning for Fair Feathers hair being smoother, was because we specifically asked them to brush and style her. All ponies with this hair type will smooth out (even if they turned puffy on you!), if brushed, conditioned and even flat ironed (found this makes them extra smooth.. I will post pics when I get on my computer). Pretty Bow, Sea Glimmers, Sea Glow, Pepper Jack, All Date Nights / have nylon hair. This hair may seem flat or straight when opening, but if conditioned and wrapped around neck and tail, it will give off the original G1 look. You can see photos of some of them styled on my storefront. This hair quality is in my opinion is the best. We will continue to use the Polypropylene and Nylon (more preferred, but also way more costly). Plastic quality in my opinion is excellent. The glitter blanks tend to have a more soft G1 ‘squish’ to them, making it easier to put hair in them. Heads are not glued, that way you can customize or do whatever you want with your ponies. Only thing I do suggest, is that you add an additional zip tie to your ponies tails, that way they are guaranteed never to fall out.
