I used to send ponies out if I had extras and someone was looking for it. I received a couple packages myself, which was so sweet! It was a nice way of connecting to others in the community as well as spread some pony love.
I kinda miss it, honestly.

I never found Seashell in the wild. I had to wait until the internet popped up and eBay became a thing. I was so sad, too. I went to great lengths to get Bubbles, so I definitely had Seashell on my #1 priority list once pony buying was a thing!

I don't know, that is such a hard question! Thinking back on my pony collecting days, I definitely wanted certain ponies more than others, more because I liked their colors or symbols, not really for any other reason. I think that's why people find the "grail" of the set, it's the one they really want to get. I'm not sure why Mimic became a grail, honestly. I still remember getting her as a kid, my friend bought her for me for a birthday present. I really don't know if I'd have picked her out on my own, and I'm sure I saw her and decided on another pony for that purchasing trip. I know I have sought out sets when I was in the height of my collecting days, but I don't remember wanting one specific pony from the set. It was kinda like once I got the full set, they all complemented each other and I wanted them all together or none of them. I know, I'm weird! Grails for me were the uniques, like most people, especially Rapunzel. I found out later that my friend's mom had ordered her for the two of us, but they had run out and we got Goldilocks instead.

While I do like the different versions, what I can say about the yellow is I wished she had some bright red to help compliment her symbols. The yellow is very pretty (and yes, the blaze too!), but looking at her next to the others, she seems a little washed out. Red came to mind to represent fire, and lead to the fireworks symbol.
The original, with her pink, just looks weird. I always thought so, since pink and orange have never been a favorite color scheme of mine.
That leaves the other options...3 and 4 colors. It is hard to say which I would say I have a preference for, as the colors are somewhat hidden by their nicely brushed appearance. It's obvious these girls were primping for their photo shoot! The 3 color scheme matches her symbols very nicely, although with the 4th color, it does give a little more contrast and brightens up her overall appearance. Maybe we are just getting to the point of liking matchy matchy for hair and symbols, so those options are most appealing.
Nice job though! Sparkleworks was always one of my least favorite ponies, and at least with the different hair options, she seems to have a little more unique personality than she used to.

I haven't found any new items to add, but there is still hope I'll run across more. It's just been tough getting into things lately, although I'm still trying to find these girls new homes. Feel free to message me or harass me if I don't respond within a few days. I don't seem to always get notifications of messages here in my email.

I have my custom Rapunzel, and she needs to have her hair accessories! I would like to get a variety of the I Luv You barrettes for a hair style idea, and I also would like to get some of the pretty ups. I would be interested in any, although I think the Seashore set would be my first preference. I would look at loose or MIB. Any help I can get would be appreciated! She is ready for her special display space, and I'd love to get her hair all prettied up, too! I am working with a budget, so I can't go too crazy. I haven't decided yet. There is the possibility of keeping these MIB while bringing out my childhood ponies to pose next to them. Space is the eternal issue, though. I don't have many of this set, as I don't go out anymore...like most of the world! While I love looking at them and enjoy the nostalgia of seeing the G1s again, I don't think I can justify buying them all. I'm just picking the favorites for now.
