Pony Brag Arena / Re: OnlyFactory made a Jazzie Plush!

That's awesome! A few people had their OC's made. I think I should've had them do one or 2 of mine before they quit.

Did they quit? I thought they were still making them?

She looks fantastic. Maybe the black parts are supposed to be the wheels? What's OnlyFactory?

Perhaps! OnlyFactory is that company that does the pony plushies with the questionable legitimacy xD

"Ask and you shall receive" as the saying goes, and it's true!

I asked OnlyFactory a few months ago if they'd make a Jazzie plush, and, well, they did!

I sent them a few pictures I'd drawn but they pretty much copied my icon for it xD

Here she is! I'm excited for her to arrive. I don't know why they put black on her feet but to be honest I don't care :P

He is beautiful, Shimm! What a sweet way to remember him, too!

Pandabear_chan did an amazing job on this custom.

I know, she did :)

He looks marvellous. What a great way to honor your Grandad's memory.

I'm glad you like him :)

Pony Brag Arena / Amazing custom pony in commemoration of my Grandad
« on: June 02, 2015, 01:04:14 PM »
My Grandad passed away earlier this year which was a very sad time for me, and I decided I wanted to get something to commemorate him by. I started searching for a pony that reminded me of him, but I couldn't find the right one. He loved cars and Spitfire planes, but I couldn't find any ponies which stood out to me. Suddenly it hit me, why not get a custom made? I'd never had one before and this seemed like the perfect occasion to get one. So I commissioned this Spitfire themed pony from pandabear_chan and he is wonderful. I am so pleased with him. He is just what I was looking for

I made him the little bandana too with the years he lived on it, I thought it added a nice final touch.

This is probably the best custom I've ever seen. I absolutely love it!

Pony Corral / Re: What Was the First Pony in Your Collection?
« on: May 28, 2015, 04:56:46 AM »
My first ones were G4 Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash. I bought them in Tesco at the same time in 2011.

Tuneful, left over from my older sister's childhood that I braided the hair of as a kid. Found her in my toys in my old room as a teenager, still braided like I had her. She still has those braids and is top center of my collection.

And because she's special to me I have her MOC on both US and UK cards.

No good photo of my loose one, I need to though.

And then on Ebay in 2000 as a 12 year old I bought Sparkler, who we mailed a personal check for. lol
Thankfully my dad was just like buy whatever you want, I bought a lot of ponies online and we sent checks and money orders, funny to think back on :). I have no idea who came after that.

Out of interest, which one is the UK version and which is the US? I like the green card better, it suits her

Seller offered me a £10 refund, does that sound good?

73
I think you sounded very reasonable   :bigups: he definitely is not in the condition you were expecting and I'd be disappointed too, but  staying polite  usually gets better results and it makes it easier to solve issues . If you sent an angry message it immediately puts the seller in a bad mood and they are likely to be less co-operative  ;)  Plus it helps with cases too if ebay see that you have been polite throughout (even if the seller gets annoyed and wont work with you anymore - actually especially if this is what happens)
Hopefully your seller will be happy to deal with you and you can both resolve this amicably - please let us know how it goes

Thanks, have sent the message and now waiting for their reply :)

Your second version is more to my taste ;)

in the first one it sounded like you were apologizing not to like them as much as you should have ;)

But it's just my opinion, right :)

I'm just too nice sometimes :lookround:

That's super sweet! Congrats!

I think you're very very polite. I'd probably would have been less polite than you.

Do you think that's a bad thing or it is okay? It's just I don't see the point of sounding too angry if I don't want to return them.
