Yes, the outfit is Sakura from Sakura Wars.
The head is from a Barbie doll elf , and the body is a Deleter body I got while living in Japan.

I was asking more as to which thread I should have posted her in?
Customs, Deleter or Japanese dolls.

I've been making all the background characters and I'm now setting my sights on Minuette & Amethyst Star.
Does anyone know what MLP brushable bodies I can use without having to paint them?
Most of the blueish unicorns out there seem to be too turquoise for the job.
I'm trying to sun bleach a Trixie now.
