I replied to her sales post and agreed to purchase some of her accessories and ponies. Payment was sent on May 8 but my PMs are sitting there unread. I tried emailing her directly using her Paypal address but I have had no replies. I know my stuff has not been sent since I stupidly sent the payment as a gift and PM'd her my address.
Has anyone else purchased from her and been notified that their items have been shipped? How can I get in contact with her?

Don't know what kinda of deal those seller are getting since the cheapest rate for small packet surface is $5.97 Cdn (for packages under 250 g). Maybe they are getting a special business rate from a shipping service? Nothing that I could compete with since I'm not a business.

You can’t reach the seller by telephone or email. I would contact eBay and see what they can do. Since she is a known scammer, they be willing to help you.

Can't you close that one and file a non-paying bidder claim?
I don't think so but if he doesn't respond to that claim, ebay closes it and will give you your fees back. That's what happened to me. I had someone claim that that she didn't bid on my item and had no idea how she won my auction  So I cancelled the transaction but she did not respond to it. After a while, ebay automatically closed it. In the future, I plan to only open NBP claims though since you don't have to depend on the bidder and so they can be closed much quicker.

Well, I can say that Small Packet surface usually takes 2 weeks to arrive so I would expect it to arrive in the first week of April if things go like they should and it doesn't get held up in customs.

Do you know which shipping method was used? 'Cause if you paid for Small Packet through Paypal and they printed the shipping label through Paypal, they give you a tracking number but it's useless. There is no barcode associated with it so it'll never get scanned. Why they do that, I don't know. However, if it is Expedited or some other shipping method, then yes, they might have printed the label but not dropped it off yet or else it got missed and will be scanned hopefully somewhere along the way.
