yup, I was thinking about the VFW in east grand forks, I think I can rent that for like $50
We could do it at the Community Center in Thompson. Since my mom works there we could probably get it for free and there is plenty of space, would have it to ourselves, a kitchen and bathrooms.
and free would be even more awesome >.>

So I got married on July 27th this year, and it was great! Sarahlacewing here on the arena made some special pins for me, but sadly there aren't many pictures of them, I'm trying to get some from other people that took pictures, so hopefully we'll come up with a few. We had subtle star wars and my little pony themes in the wedding, all the girls had pony cutie mark brooches and the guys had star wars pins. we also had a star wars light saber battle in the park afterwards, and there was my little pony music, and star wars music played throughout the night. Hopefully I'll have video to share later, but for now here are a ton of pictures! The First Sight - we did first sight photos, because we were doing photos before the wedding... the progression in the pictures is quite hilarious, his jaw dropped, he was definitely WOWED lol Bride and Groom - Some pictures of me and my wonderful groom :3 The Wedding Party - My bunch of crazy friends! The Ceremony - A couple good pics from the ceremony :3 Photo Safari Fun - We went to several locations for pictures here are a few of my favs: The Light Saber Battle - this was a blast >.> I totally won The Reception - the cake and other stuffies still trying to get ahold of more pics from after the photographer left

I'm going to try and plan a North Dakota Pony meet for next year possibly. Over the winter I'll be looking at places I can rent and see how much it's going to run, I think I can rent a couple places around here pretty cheap and they're rather large too, so there would be ample room for everyone.
I'll just have to see where life takes me and hopefully it will work out!
