I hope nobody will scream at me for bringing this back. Oak23, do you have any pictures of Shining Armor after you ripped his hair out? I'm wondering what there is under there. I want to fix him, but I'm not up to sculpting :p Don't wanna destroy the guy with my incompetence.

Personally if I was to rehair him I would give him 4 rows of hair to fill the indent since the prototype boards did have that as a suggestion when they were designing the mold.

I just spray coated one of the Wave 4 ponies cuz their glitter kept rubbing off on my hands (which didn't seem to be a problem with my Wave 1 glitters). Anyways, I only display my blind bags so I don't usually seal them.

As a guy who longed for playing with fashion dolls, I was constantly denied over and over again from playing with girly toys because my family said "Don't play with those toys, they'll turn you into a disgusting, horrible GAAAAY!" They may have not said it in those exact words, but I grew up with that sentiment in mind, and when lo and behold, I *did* in fact was gay, I had to deal with a lot of conflicting emotions, a lack of complete trust in the people I was supposed to trust and believe in, and when it turned out a lot of their claims were merely hyperbole that caused me to pushed a lot farther in many dangerous things because I did not trust what they taught me.

Seeing this mother constantly deny a CHILD a chunk of plastic, painting it as a horrible negative world view of a group of people to further her own terrible, slut shaming, disgusting views horrifies me as a person. I firmly believe children *should* have access to toys that are safe for them and are properly educated about it. I do not EVER believe a child should be denied a toy because you fear the child might turn into someone that isn't lined up with your stupid, narrow, conservative vision.

This woman makes me utterly sick to my stomach and I sincerely hopes that her daughter manages to find guidance from another which which encourages her growth as a person rather than parade her around as a clone of their teachings.

EDIT: Also, I was constantly bullied as a child for being fat, then when puberty hit, I was constantly needled from all sides to be less scrawny and weak.

And I was also bullied by the popular people. But in my later years of high school, I actually befriended a lot of the popular people when we had classes we could choose. I realised that hey, not everyone was inherently bad or good, it just depended on circumstances and you can't just go hate people because of such horribly superficial factors.

I've been flip flopping between getting the castle or not since the first pics of them trickled out, and it's been exceedingly difficult to find out of box photos of it. I think it would be a nice display piece and a great way to customize it to look nicer, but I'm not fully convinced of actually getting it when it comes out here.
