Heres yet another plushie  (she is also on ebay if anyone would like to bid on her.) I love it! He looks like a hair model. My son's poor shining looks like he needs to join hair club for ponies. Maybe we should try this for him. Where did you find the quality faux fur?
i bought it just as " faux fur" from fabric.com so im not entirely sure on what its called more than that =)

So i guess this might not really count as a custom per se, but its probably the most correct forum for it =P I got tired of my thin-haired shining armor ( aka troll hair) And as i have absolutely no clue on how to rehair a pony at all (with brushable hair), i used some thicker and better quality faux fur , and heres the result =), i think it looks better than the original hair atleast.  The first image is borrowed from google just to show a "before" picture for those who might not know. thanks =) lunas mane is made with a blue silk and the purple/blueish is a iridescent silk fabric that shifts in color

the main reason im conerned too is that ive heard customs "always" open packages to search for drugs and such, im afraid they'll destroy my plushies in search for drugs or something =/ i guess the best idea is to have a insurance if that would happend

allright, thanks for the info guys =) , insurance + trackable mail it will be then. I did hear from other people that russia always opened packages and took "what they felt like", and huge declaration lists to go with every item :S
