I could do $10 for a repaint , $15 for minor sculpting. I'm figuring for barnacle I could easily add a male nose, feathers to the hooves. $2 or $3 for shipping.
once I get the ponies I can probably have them done in a day - 2 max. Just a note, the above prices would $10 total for a repaint pony and $15 total for a sculpted one. I just re-read that and saw that it could be taken as 10 + 15 for a sculpted fellow, which is not the case

So I'm still in the game. She even wants to run me to all the walgreens in our area to see if she can find a back up!
Maybe a ribbon for the tail. Don't know yet 
anyway some info about the acrylic type. Acetone will cloud the gem and degrade it. Rubbing alcohol will to a point, but not anywhere near as much. 6mm is the perfect size for a g4. Mine are actually set into the plastic. To do this cut a hole just about the same size and set in. Secure with mod podge or super glue from the inside. Use a darker version of the gem color to paint a thin line around the edge of the gem and paint whites and lashes as usual
