I have Baby Sniffles & Baby Bootsie, but my Baby Snookums and Baby Tootsie have disappeared. I prolly gave them to a cousin I remember playing with their dish and spoons when I was little.

Owning a mini is no different then owning a full sized horse in respect to having a license. Maybe if you lived in the city you would need one, but that would go for any kind of livestock. I live in the middle of no where, so I'm not sure 
It is sad seeing what many of them have gone through, but it's nice to see their after stories where they are in happy homes!

I'm a member of the marestare.com forum. Basically, you watch foals be born. As a horse lover and Vet student, you may can imagine why I love this site! Anyways, I noticed a mare named Rainbow Dash was in foal at a miniature horse rescue so I had to check it out. There are a few other FIM characters as well.
