@ carlabarla, I can't wait to get back to the states and put him next to my MOTU Classics Swift Wind!!!! If you love Swift Wind, that thing is INCREDIBLE!! I'll have to post pics of him sometime. He's fanstasmic.

Customs / G4 Swift Wind and Sky Dancer

I've wanted a Swift Wind custom for forever. This is the first time I've ever painted before rehairing. I hate painting, as I'm incapable of doing a factory-looking job. And this painting took forever! Each color painted separately, each with two coats, it was awful. But I like him a lot.

He's Rarity's head on Blossomforth's body. He's sealed with Modge Podge Puzzle glue (all I had), which is shinier than I wanted. And he's got tigerlilly dollyhair.

I didn't give him a saddle, because he's for display, not for riding. Also, the wings just don't really leave any room for that, and I have no interest in sculpting.

The other pony I have is Skydancer. I made her six months ago or so, and just never posted her.

The first year G2s were released they were manufactured by Kenner, who was owned by Hasbro or something. When Kenner tanked, Hasbro went back to two rows of hair. This is unless I remember incorrectly.

I definately wanna see more FIM side characters! I know they don't have as many colors in their manes, but they look a lot more distinct that the ponies Hasbro comes up with. To me Dewdrop Drizzle and the others are just pretty forgettable.

I'd rather see few earth ponies. Let's make THEM special! If they came up with an earth pony with great colors, I'd get it. But other than Applejack, I haven't seen them produce an earth pony I liked.
