Ops, I completely misread your post  . But, if the item is returned to you because they refused to pick it up, I think you're still entitled to a refund. A seller cannot just ignore your package then say he didn't receive it when it's returned to you. I think. LOL, it's somewhere in the Ebay Tos. Anyway, getting in contact with Ebay is your best bet.

For future use, Per Ebay's policy, if the package is returned, you're only required to refund the purchase price, since refusing a package because of customs is against ebay tos.

I display them with my ponies, but for the ponies I don't have yet, I bought a bunch of little ziplock baggies. I labeled each bag with which accessory belongs to which pony.

One thing to note with paypal and ebay- the buyer is ALWAYS right. If the seller refuses to help you, open a claim with paypal and item not described. As a seller, if I see obviously flaws on something, especially with something I'm not familiar with, I mention it! There is no excuse for what this seller did. Their feedback speaks for its self, imo.

Very nice! My mom works at Sony and broad some scrap cardboard home. I used it to make the same thing and wrapped them in pink paper.

This is why I need to start browsing ebay more! Congrats. That's positively incredible.
Is she on her way to you yet? Because in situations like this it's best to keep it under wraps until you have your pony in hand, otherwise someone could contact the seller and convince them to cancel the sale to you. So be careful in the future.
The tracking number is in the system so apparently the seller paid for postage, but no updates yet.

I can't wait to get her lol! I keep checking the tracking number for updates. I have always found mimic to be a very beautiful pony! Hopefully she'll get to me okay. some might remember my rant of the seller that listed rare ponies for cheep then decided she wasn't happy with those prices. I missed out on mimic then, but hopefully everything will work out this time.
