There you go.

I don't think there will be anything really to look forward this year to. ... My only hope is that the "18 characters to be released" has something new.

It's just a 3d printer, right? (Which isn't new?)

There was a company that you could submit your design to, and they'd print your model, and mail it to you...

I didn't know it was that much too.. I knew there was a fee of some sort.

Mine is not digital. It's also pretty old (from 1991), and it was made for weighing packages (   It's even got the prices on it too. lol) but it is quite accurate. I do round up to the next ounce. You should do some tests with yours to see how accurate it is.

I don't like the star system because I don't think people know how to handle out 5 stars. :) If I didn't know how the system worked, I too would give less than 5 stars. Which I do.

But anyway, my thing that gets me is delivery time. Domestically, everything I ship has tracking. I tend to ship within 24 hours of payment, and people got their items /very/ fast. I still got knocked down stars for "How quickly did seller ship item" . Roll eyes. It is what it is. It's flawed.

Your account isn't tarnished though, so I wouldn't worry too much about it. You won't be able to satisfy everyone.

For me, it's not worth the $15 a month... mostly because I can do it for free.
I bought a little scale at the thrift store for $2, and I use paypal/ebay's print label option.   That scale is priceless to me.

I shoot manually (film and digital).

That said, I know point and shoots are pretty good now a days. And most (if not all) do have a macro function. ;) And if I were to use a point and shoot, especially a cheaper one, I'd use all the settings on automatic. I find no need to change the options on something that is made to pretty much be automatic.

You don't need to wait for sunlight, if you have accurate lighting (bright lights), then that is good enough. Do you think professionals wait for sunlight? Nope. Some people will recommend a cheapo light box, but a piece of white paper and a good lamp or two does fine too.

hathorcat- If the groundhog sees his shadow, then it is six more weeks of winter. (I think he is scared and goes back in his hole).
If there is no shadow, then it is the "normal" four weeks of winter.

You need to talk to your local post office. Find out which one sorts for delivery for your local route.

Try to snatch it before it gets sent back. You probably have to inform the people who sort, or their boss.
Call, and call again. Go down in person if you have to.

I had a package sent from Korea to the US without a street address recently. I happened to take off work, and be at the post office for another issue. So I inquired about my package, (which had tracking, and said there was a recent attempt for delivery-- but I knew there wasn't, because no note was left. I had a bad feeling about it.). The local post office HELD it for three days, waiting for someone to claim it. I got very lucky, because they were about to send it back.

Pony Corral / Re: What pony do you regret selling?

I almost sold my Peruvian Applejack. I was in tears crying about it, because money was so tight.

I had found someone to buy her, but my fiance told me I shouldn't sell something I am so attached to and "bought" her for me, from myself. So really, she's not mine anymore, she just happens to chill at my place with the rest of my small Applejack herd.

I completely failed at finding any at target or kmart.

Then I wondered if they are even out, or if they market them to a specific area.
It doesn't make sense they aren't out because the holiday was Jan 23rd (with celebrations starting in the middle of this month).
So. U____u; I think I got my hopes up for nothing.

Can you air them out?

I had some ponies, and the baking soda didn't work for whatever reason. So I sat them out in fresh air for months.... eventually they got better.

u___u; I might be tight on money for the next month (tears). I do love this swap, I think the challenge of a small box makes people think more about what goes into it.

I have kept my eye out for perfect boxes ever since the last one.

I haven't gotten the ones from walmart... but when I got them from jc penney outlet they were all correct.
I ALSO, kept squishing the bag to death, and tried to peak at the color, thru the tiny little air hole.
