ooh fun! On a Summer day, Medley opened her window and heard a very strange and haunting tune in foreign words and she wondered "What is that? Who could beout there singing?" So she went to ask Applejack about who could possibly be singing. Applejack shook her head, and replied: "I think is very strange, i have no idea" but, Seashell was walkin' around and Medley asked where Star Song was ."I don't know"she replied, and continued walking around. Minty also heard the strange singing And decided to investigate where it was coming from. They trotted over to the waterfall where Cascade was eating a mango. But just before

I'm so sorry to hear you've been having bad experiences buying from the US lately. Of course its up to you if you dont want to risk international buying/selling anymore, but its unfortunate that you've had mulitple damaged and lost items . I buy and sell internationally often and its a very rare occurance if something gets lost or damaged - it does depend a lot on how people package the items though TBH. I always ask for extra tape to be put around parcels being sent to me as a safely precaution, and sometimes i will ask for the item to be sent in a box rather than a bubble mailer if the item is more delicate (eg a flutter/SW/WW pony, breakable accessories/playset parts etc). Are you having problems with another member here? perhaps you can send one of us a message about the situation again as a lot of PMs werent getting through on the old Arena .

Bad communication/ no communication from some sellers is so frustrating! ... especially when all they need to do is reply and be honest about any delays in posting the item. You were right to open the case as he wasnt responding . I hope that the parcel arrives safely now

No problem - I just checked for you and it says on ebay that they dont allow references to ebay or paypal investigations in the feedback comments . You might be able to get away with saying something like emery mentioned though as its a claim rather than an investigation

No worries - we are all still getting used to how things work here To leave feedback for someone , click on the number next to where it says "trade count", just under their username above the persons avatar ( for example - looking under your own name it says "trade count +42 , so if I were going to leave some feedback for you I would click the 42). Then it will take you to another screen where there is an option to leave feedback for the person. The feedback will not show up right away - it has to be approved first You will get a Pm a bit later on to say when the feedback as gone through ETA : there is now a feedback tutorial here - check it out http://mlparena.com/mlp/index.php/topic,285645.new.html#new

What rubbish selling practise! you had to open a case before they bothered to ship your item, and still didnt communicate with you ?! well since you did get the item and its ok, then I wouldnt give a negative, but I would go with the neutral and lowered star rating on the shipping and communication, and leave an appropriate comment in the feedback explaining that while the item was fine, there was no communication and the shipping was slow.. or words to that effect I dont think you can mention opening a claim in your feedback comments now.. but will check on that.

I think most of us have given sellers the benefit of the doubt , especially when it involves an item we really want. It always pays to be super careful now though.. Oh great. I bought something from her and I'll be collecting the parcel from the post office tomorrow. Be interesting to see what's inside.
Aww hun! I really hope that everything is ok with your parcel from her! please update us and let us know how it goes .

NoD you are totally making me LOL with your spending spree!! here's my answer to the last question : How do you feel about So-Softs? Collect them or no? This includes customs.I think they are cute I have SoSofts in my fave pose army already (and since I have every Hasbro pony in my fave pose I am of course fine with duplicates of any pony in my armyincluding the soSoft ones ) . A pair of SoSoft Chief and Ringlets customs would be pretty awesome but I'm not sure that would even be possible

I'm sorry this is still going on! how stressful and what a lot of money she owes you too! I would not trust this person! you have given her long enough for this to be resolved and you have tried to work things out. The fact that she keeps relisting your item is very worrying, and something sounds very off! I would definitely advise that you open 2 claims right away.
