hi i just started doing customs. ok... this is my first one.
but i keep going back and forth on a few details... my other pony friend hasn't given me much to work with
 so i'm reaching out you!

ok so the first one i'm doing is a gen4 body. recreation or ponization (not sure of the term) version of
ben 10 from the new series that aired last saturday. i have the body designed (black) but i keep going back and forth about the head.
not sure if i do the head black or flesh tone. or i should do the hair brown or match the tail. (green)
or what kinda combination of them. i'm getting most of my resources of how to do this on youtube. or stalking around here for tips. so i'm open to any sealing or tail hairing suggestions etc.

minneapolis here too. i haven't collected, but i do admire them. my friend got into them, big time.
we were just in st. cloud and there were tons of dolls that she had "never seen". i do watch the webtoon though. not allowed to obsess over anything else till i sell the ones i have....

but i'll ask my friend to keep an eye out for them. since i'm probably closest.

ok so this is what i found out.

383 is pretty rare... or at least not many people have them for sale.
384 was hard to find. and of course the people selling them said it was rare... but that i'm not sure.
390 is only expensive if you have the whole set.
and again 1478 is only worth something in the set.
 
 most of the rest are pretty average.
i also checked on ebay. and those two are the only ones that the auctions # in the single digits if that means anything to you.
 699 didn't have any auctions at all. but the most recent ones sold for 4$.

also. if you are willing. would you either sell or trade #193?
i have a maltese at home and think it would be fun to have one like ours. thanks-j

in a week or so i'll be getting rid of most of my old ponies so i'll have some to trade.
my good condition g1 will be either 2 or 3 g4s depending on the pony.

hi!
i've only been on the site for a few weeks and i'm having a blast!
recently i noticed two things.
1. everyone has a different pony type under their name. like fakie, mc donald's pony, so soft pony etc.
i thought this was really fun, but i kept trying to find a place saying which order they went in and what the post count (guessing that's how you go up) is. but i didn't have any luck. where should i be looking?
2. post count limit. when or how does our post count go up? i'm guessing it's to prevent trolling and spam, and i've been forced to rely on pms mostly to communicate, which i don't mind, i was just curious.

oh and i was wondering. i've hit the noticy link on a few post i want to keep track of, but i'm not sure how i call them up again, or if that's what it was for at all. just something i was thinking of.

anyway. any answers would be awesome. if i don't reply know that i do appreciate it. (i might just have found some cool art or pony i want to buy.) thanks!! :)
