Oh no, Enchantress...I mean when they glue the head on the pony at the factory, not in customizing. Cutting heads off ponies is (I'm sure of it) the first brick in the road to Insanity. If these are "toys" for "kids", then why won't the head turn? It's why I used to tear their heads off when I was a kid...so I could make their heads turn.

Yeah, I never understood why it is not okay for a pony to turn its head. Why glue the thing so hard that the head is more bonded to the body more than the molecules that make up the dang thing?
