I wanted to make a quick update about the Posey situation between Skeen and I. I will try to keep it short, Skeen, Sockthief and myself had talked things over after everyone had cooled down, as things got so crazy and heated so fast from every angle!   I had decided that I was going to go ahead and send the pony to Skeen after Sock refunded me the $600 I paid for her and Skeen was going to help me watch for the Nirvana ponies that I had sold to buy her. ST agreed to it and was going to send me payments for the pony, however, her boyfriend had found out about it and told her no because of the amount of money involved in refunding me. He has the say so over the finances and she apologized and said she tried to talk to him about it and had said that she even got into an argument with him about it,  but it is just too much money for him to refund me, and he doesn't believe he should have to either. So with that being said, since ST can't refund me, we were back where we started, but after talking to Skeen about the whole thing, the one thing Skeen asks of me is that I never sell Posey to anyone else. I have promised her that I am going to hang onto her so that she doesn't bounce around any more in the future.  _______________________________________________________________________________________ Edit: 12/09 I knew how much that Skeen wanted a special pony but can't afford big purchases so I gave her my Venezuela Lickity Split, I felt bad that she didn't have a special pony. This pony was given to me by a good friend for helping with sales, so I only had my time invested into her. Gosh I don't want to post anymore about this but I do want to clarify I had asked Loa to "disable" my account, I never once asked to be "banned", there is a difference there. I asked because I have had it with this Posey thing. I have had tons of arena people message me with their support and that is greatly appreciated, you all know who you are  Another reason that I decided to leave is that I also sadly had found out about a little board that I "cannot name here," some arena members so kindly directed me to it and I just deem it inappropriate ( In my humble opinion) for certain folks to discuss arena matters there when they are supposed to be a "nuetral" party involved in my stuff. I had asked Loa to "disable" my account before a couple years back I believe, and that was because I was buying too many ponies and my husband was out of work and we were trying to save money. I could not stay off of the Nirvana Sales board as I was addicted, and so I asked Loa to disable my account for awhile so I would not be tempted to buy Nirvana, in which case she kindly did. After my hubby got back to work, I had asked her to reinstate my account so I could start collecting again and she did for me. With all that being said, I am considering the Posey thing done with on my end. This is a weird thing that I have never experienced before in my life, I would never even wish it even on my worst enemy as it is stresfull and people are torn right down the middle, Skeen has folks on her side and I have folks on mine. But I decided to leave the arena from posting, and if anyone needs to get ahold of me about sales that we are in, I will get the PM in my email and reply but as for posting stuff, I think this is the last of it. But I will answer my emails. No worries there

It's not just $600 and Posey I lose. I made payments on Posey of $100 per week and since she was rare I sold other Nirvana I had in order to get her, how am I supposed to get those back???? I tried to help her out be sending her money that I don't even owe. The pony was never stolen from Skeen. What was stolen was her money. She never had the pony in her possession and it was not taken from her so it isn't technically stolen. Thank you also to those who are messaging me words of support, you are very sweet

I received my pony today but I have a post in the Nirvana section to whether she was a re-hair or not because of her tail. I was told by some people that she was, but then I got new information on her from Skeen. Apparently she had tail rust and the gal cut her tail hair off to remove it. So she is legit afterall, her hair feels right but her tail is in bad shape. Skeen is making a post about it. I am so confused!
