I dreamed Frodo Baggins had to fight Loki for possession of the One Ring of Power, but when he got to where Loki was there was a spider and Loki freaked out and Neil Gaiman had to come and kill it. So Frodo put on a spider costume and chased Loki around with it because Loki is scared of spiders apparently and Neil Gaiman just stood there and laughed.

I've worn glasses since I was 4 years old, I feel weird without them now! I honestly love them and I don't think I'd go without them even if I could. People always say they suit me.

I do, and it's a fun one I don't see a lot!! Mine started out as a Halloween costume and eventually became a full-fledged cosplay I wear to events. I actually cosplay as Severus Snape from Harry Potter! It's one I almost never see at the HP events I go to so it's a lot of fun seeing people's reactions to it among all the generic student costumes. We have the same facial structure and even though I'm a girl I'm pretty small so I can get away with it (in book canon he's only around 5' 6"...who knew?). Sadly I have no photos at the moment of the updated version, but I recently got the proper overcoat to go with my custom-made cloak and I look more convincing than I probably should. I actually have a cute story regarding this one, about a year ago I went to a showing of one of the films at a local museum in their IMAX theatre. A lot of the museum employees were dressed up for it. There was a little boy around 6 or 7 who was really disappointed because he'd had his picture taken with almost everyone except Snape, because none of the employees were dressed as him. His mom comes up to me and says "I'm so sorry to bother you, but my son really wants a picture with you and he's too scared of you to ask!" It was really hard to keep the Snape Face going and not break into a huge grin. I've been cosplaying for several years now. I go to a Japanese/pop culture convention in Pittsburgh every year, and sometimes we go to other conventions if we have the time. This year my friends and I were Scooby and the gang. We plan on doing this again later this year...maybe by then my husband will have a blonde wig.  Anyway, I was Daphne.

We have a tiny kitten named Luna and a giant German Shepherd named Bear. Luna's favourite thing to do is annoy her brother. She attacks his tail while he's sleeping, tries to ride on his back, chews on his ears, and drinks from his water bowl. She even makes him wait his turn to drink! Bear is incredibly gentle with her and will move his tail around for her to play with. He loves his little kitty sister more than she loves him, I think. Luna's other hobby is torturing insects. If she sees a fly, she'll just hit it around for a while and maim it before killing it. If the fly flies up too high for her to reach, she yells at it. Luna is kind of sadistic.

I'm a serious Harry Potter collector! I especially love the old stuff, pre-2003 and before the films got popular and changed Harry's and many others' designs. The "vintage" Enesco branded stuff is my favourite <3
I find that I tend to collect characters more than franchises, lol. I collect Sailor Jupiter and James (Pokemon) and even my HP collection is heavily centred on Snape (and Slytherin house)!
I collect books and I especially love the Barnes and Noble leatherbound classics line.
I also casually collect Breyer, I really love them but they're just so expensive it'd be cheaper to buy a real horse, I sometimes think!! I always feel a little left out of the Breyer collector's community because all I can afford are antique store castoffs/used horses, so my collection isn't that great and I don't feel like I can really call myself a Breyer collector, lol.
