Ritdye more will dye any type of plastic/vinyl so as long as the dye brand you use is for use on things like plastics your good to go

It depends on how large the item is, does it fit a standard letter size but maybe slightly thicker? then its a envelope
If its larger though its a package and I would advise using something sturdier (I personally use the large kraft envelopes for shipping packages)

I would not use gorilla glue (especially for glitter) I do ALOT of glitter ponys and what I do is mix the glitter with some Americana duragloss or gloss mod podge and use tacky glue for small findings like beads and rhinestones and add a coat of the gloss to help seal it, I have never had a issue with things falling off or with glitter rubbing off on to fingers this way

Folk art glow paint is available at Walmart. It comes in a variety of colors.

Does this actually work? I thought it was just another one of my cockamamie ideas.
NO Sharpie is not colorfast (it will bleed onto things)!
Ah i never tried it but i thpugh since it works for cosplay wigs it might of for other synthetic hair
