I would have loved to use bookcases, but unfortunately I have cats that would have loved to make me play Pony-Pick-up after knocking them off the shelves. Additionally, I hate dusting, so closed cabinet makes that much easier.
I will post pictures as soon as it arrives, I assemble it, and have my ponies rearranged.
Do you suggest arranging by type, color, set or otherwise?
Currently I have mine arranged by set.

They are so worth it! Very heavy though, so I know my husband isn't looking forward to helping me lug it up the three flights of stairs to our apartment, lol! However, I would highly recommend them, I have nothing but love for my current cabinet!

Currently I am waiting on a display cabinet from Hayneedle. I originally purchased the same cabinet on Amazon and love it, but I quickly realized there was no way I could squeeze all 198 of my ponies into one display cabinet, even with risers . I ended up going through Hayneedle instead because I was able to get a good discount on the cabinet when compared to Amazon's nearly $200. Sadly, weather decided that my arrival date of Friday was too soon, so now I have to wait until Tuesday to receive my cabinet! The worst part is, my husband and I raid in World of Warcraft on Tuesdays, which means that the cabinet won't get set up until Wednesday. I guess my poor ponies will have to be cramped just a little bit longer!

I am absolutely in love with the pony versions of the small cutie mark crew toys. Anyone else with me? Currently, I have Twilight and Cheerilee so far, and then the Main 6 + Spike MOC. They are in my office at work and are the only things I really feel comfortable bringing to work since I wouldn't be heartbroken losing them. Anyone else have ponies in their office / cubicle? In any case, I am looking for more of the blind bag ponies (not Equestria Girls or Seaponies). I am particularly looking for Cadence, Shinning Armor, Big Mac, Luna, Celestia, and  Pony. However, if any of you wonderful pony people have others I might be be willing to buy them from you. A bit tight on pony cash at the moment since I'm paying off some piggies (Finally adding a Fresita to my herd!!!), but since these are tiny they count as tiny purchases (at least that is what I am telling the hubby  ).

Is their any info on pony height? One of my friends has an awesome wall display for me and is going to put shelves in for my ponies. However, I don’t know how tall the shelves need to be. So, who is the tallest pony and how tall is the tallest normal G1 (not Soft and Sleepy, etc.) she? I’m guessing it is either the Boy ponies or the unicorn with a leg lifted.
