My ultimate grail pony is Greek Sunbeam. Which I magically was able to acquire last week!!  I think my next in line would be Alt Birthflower March.

I personally tend to just go into my pony room and stare. Or move things like 1/2 to the left It has a bunch of fun colorful lights and a giant "lovesac" (aka memory foam 'bean' bag chair) I primarily go in there for a specific sensory vibe to unwind. But a trusted pony loving guest would be welcome to come and play with any of my non-super-precious ponies. I have a small few ponies who I'd be tentative to let folks handle, but the majority of them are common and just sitting on a shelf so I'd appreciate someone putting some life back into them. I mostly just like to look. Though we'd have to strike a deal that if their mane's got too messed up in play that we'd have to work together on their spa day. Teamwork!

If I were a MIB collector I'd be into this package, I agree though it fits more of a special edition release. But on a practical note. Less plastic please! Whenever my wife discovers a new line of G4 at the store (& of course immediately buys all of them ) we have SO much plastic to throw away when we take them all out. Its too much

1. Go through and sell spare PE furniture 2. Practice more customs/full body repaint 3. Complete 1982 FF ponies (Blossom & Minty) 4. Catch up/complete G4 brushables from wishlist & display shelving 5. Get some of my fave backcards 6. Buy myself something special G1 in lieu of getting to the Fair I love the idea of this thread. Im gonna copy these into my wishlist page as well so I can see how they change over the year

I wasnt actively searching for her...and there's certainly other ponies on my list, even other 'grail' level ponies (though Greek Sunbeam has pretty much always been my #1) But I do sort of feel at a loss. Like now I have acquired my ultimate pony...should I pick some even loftier pony goal? who knows! I guess its one of those things that only time will tell. I do fall in love with different ponies all the time.

By some miracle of fate, a few days ago- I stumbled across a listing for my ULTIMATE GRAIL  GREEK SUNBEAM!!!!! visitors can't see pics , please register or loginI have wanted her for as long as I have been collecting G1. Sunbeam has pretty much always been my favorite pony because blue is my favorite color and I have a really strong connection to the sun. But Ive never been a fan of her "walking" pose. And I dont love the glitter symbols, I always prefer the painted symbols for some reason. So whenever I discovered that Greek Sunbeam came in the "Glory" pose (my #1 favorite G1 pose) with a metallic painted symbol I was immediately in love. PLUS the sun symbol is ever better than the US version with the pointed rays vs the rounded ones. And the hair!! So much more vibrant in gold with a blue streak. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginI am SO thrilled to own my #1 favorite pony

I wonder if the upcoming "G5" will bring in a new wave of folks? I assume that makes sense right? I only joined here post/mid Brony craze myself so I haven't been around long enough to really know.
There is definitely a much greater depth of community and discussion here. Which takes a little more effort to participate in. I think social media has become so popular because it is so low commitment. You can just "like" something and move on, with some illusion of interconnection.

I got a bunch of ponies this past year- probably more than ever before Top favorites would have to be: NSS Wind Whistler- with perfectly pink hair! (grail pony for a few years) Nightglider- at the MLP Fair! Munchy- Christmas gift from my partner  MOC Moonstone- Also Christmas gift from my partner
