I have had problems with Canadian postal services. But in my situation, it was from USA to Canada. The only way I was able to get my package to the buyer was to put an actual threat letter inside my package saying "If you steal this, you are a very bad person". I forgot exactly what I said, but the buyer received their package opened and tampered with no tape or official note inside but the item was still there, along with my threat, unlike the first two times I sent the item. I really hope you get this all settled and you can find the missing MOC. That is my worst nightmare and I hate seeing someone else go through it. Best of luck! I mean it. I hope to hear good updates! :(

Wow! Double the luck! Never has happened to me. I quit buying the blind bags during the second wave because I like to feel the bags a lot and try to scoot the pony up to that little tiny hole to see the colors. All the store employees think I'm stealing their merchandise as I hover over the BB boxes feeling bags for 30+ minutes. In reality, I just really really really like ponies and I don't like getting doubles. :( So I just quit and enjoy the ones I have. C:

Funny thing is, I have bought over 100 paperback fantasy novels this year. I have only read one.

I am thankful for my childhood memories, and the personalities all of my childhood ponies have.

My suggestion is to get a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. Don't get the dollar store knock off versions. Wet the sponge and GENTLY wipe in singular strokes in one direction. In areas not too close to the original paint, I am comfortable pressing firmer with my strokes. Definitely use a more 'loved' pony that you're okay testing on first. Another option (if the previous owner used real makeup) may be to get an actual makeup remover and use it with some cotton balls.. I have absolutely no idea how this would affect the original paint.

US Confetti.... Shudders and awaits for a pic of a super nasty one.
Same here. The one in my collection is Twice As Fancy Cancer version. All eBay listings I see of mint versions go for far more in my PayPal account.

Oh my goodness, this is a great turn out!
As for the tails, the only way I have found to get ALL frizz out, is to tightly curl the hair. Pinning it wet onto a pencil and wrapping it around in a coil tightly then fastening it with a clamp, pin, etc. then left to dry. Maybe try the same process but in a straightening fashion? Maybe pressed firmly between heavy books? I do the boil method before hand as well. I think the tail looks really great with what you have done already. Looks to me like she wants to become a perfume puff. Can't wait to see more photos!
