I know! I couldn't believe my luck, but I felt so guilty leaving any of them there.  I just don't have room for more doubles, unfortunately.

I remember someone once saying an antique shop owner claimed that rarity was more important than condition- so an 80s pony covered in ink should of course be worth a ton of money.  It seems non-collectors either think that all vintage ponies are really sought after and worth a lot of money, or old junk.
Anyway, congratulations! They're all cute ponies. I can't wait to get out to find ponies this summer.
I know, I think that was this guy's thought process too! He told me he would sell the whole lot for $50 or each pony for $15, which was ridiculous. Especially because they were all dirty and matted. Luckily as soon as I started talking about them I think he knew I was a collector and he backed down right away. Can't fool us.  Thanks for the congrats, all! & good luck with your own pony hunts!

I do have a Sunlight I am trying to find a good home for. She is near mint save for her symbols, which have some odd combination of rust and smearing. It actually looks kind of cool. It's a shame because her hair/tail/body is lovely. PM me if you're at all interested. If not, that's okay too. She'll just hang out with my herd until somebody wants to adopt her.
