Well, I originally thought I would only be able to make one day, but I'll see if I can swing the second date too! I would really like to get a chance to go, your meetups look super fun!

Here's a quick question, in the off chance I can go - for the customs contest, do they have to be created FOR this contest, or can you bring in a previously made, recent work? I'm kind of a slow customizer, and I finished a couple ponies late last year that I'd love to come show off! :3

If you would like to bring one of your customs you made recently, that would work too. I usually ask that it not be an old piece. I really hope you can make it!

Hey every pony! It's that time of the year again. Time for the countdown to the Central California pony meet. I ask that everyone please read the entire post, as there are important things that you will need to know. For those who may not know, our theme this year is based on the kindest and most timid of the mane 6, Fluttershy!


After reviewing the poll results and taking all factors into consideration, our meet will set on Saturday, May 2nd, 2015. I do apologize as I know some members will not be able to attend.

Our venue for this year is at the Holiday Inn Express in Merced, CA!

Hey everyone! Sorry I've been a bit MIA recently. I've been working hard on designing our door prize custom and ordering supplies. I wanted to report that we have a menu!

Snacks:

Veggie tray
Chips and dip
Fresh fruit

Lunch:
Beef, chicken and vegetarian tacos
(topping options will include cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, salsa, sour cream, fresh cilantro and avocado.)
Salad bar, including fresh veggies and dressings to add to it.
Beans
Rice

Drinks:
Soda
Bottled water
Iced tea

I hope everyone is excited about the lunch as I am. I'm hoping to have our schedule up very soon. Thanks for checking in!

 Before we get to registration, here are a few things to keep in mind:

1) We are pet owners, so any items I bring may come into contact with our cats or dog. If you have allergies, please be aware.

2) We will be renting a venue this year to give us more space and to make sure everyone is comfortable. Please treat our venue with the same respect as you have my home the past three years.

3) If you aren't 18 or over, please have parental permission to attend or your parent/guardian with you. I do not wish to be held responsible or blamed if you drive here without permission. I do not condone lying or sneaking away to come to the meet.

4) We will be serving lunch and beverages. If you would like to bring something for yourself or to share, please feel free to.

5) Please feel free to bring any ponies/merch/other toys you wish to sell. It's always fun to find a new addition for your collection.

6) Remember to follow the golden rule! This is a meet for all pony collectors, regardless of what generation you love. I ask that everyone be respectful of others and their interests. No badmouthing or fighting and please keep things PG. You will be asked to leave if the rules are broken.

It's that time of the year again, folks! Time to vote on the date for the 2015 Central California Pony Meet. We only have two options for dates this year, sorry. There's a good reason though! We will be renting a venue this year to make sure we have enough room for all the attending members, so I need a small window to tell potential venue owners. Yaay! Hi everyone! I need help tracking down a non pony item from Walmart. (Admins, I apologize if this isn't allowed. I am desperate.) I'm looking for a women's minky fleece robe dark pink with light pink hearts. I need it in a 2x or 3x. If your Walmart has it, I am willing to pay for it plus shipping and fees. My boyfriend accidentally bought me a XL and now we can't find any of the bigger sizes. Please help or I will have to make it through the winter without a warm robe to lounge in.    Thank you!
